I've seen the book in the diaries of Ukraine. Very good thing! Color tables, in my opinion, surpassed Tuzov. Developer experience is visible smile.gif
Minus - in Ukrainianfrown.gif, of course, some of it is clear, but not all of it frown.gif
Hmm.. maybe take a scoop confused.gif

And where in Ukraine is Harkses Yazius (except for flying to the Crimea), Danaida? And what blackheads are depicted here?

19.09.2007 17:47, AntSkr

There are reports of finds of Charaxes jasius in the Crimea (report by N. M. Romanov and M. I. Sirotkin). Similar to Danaus chryzippus, specimens were found in the Crimea, most likely imported.

That is, what flashed before my eyes on the beach, could still be him... Can not its caterpillars slowly move from large-fruited strawberry to small-fruited?

19.09.2007 18:36, AntSkr

I don't know... in my opinion, in the Crimea large-fruited strawberry just grows... although maybe it's some local entomologist who breeds them (charaxes)...

And I would take both books!
So, for the collection!
Only here the question arose!
Where are you Mr. Chebi from?
If from Ukraine, how can I get your product?
forwarding also costs money...
If there are any "preferential" transfer methods...
I'll take it now!

I can't agree that the tables outperformed Tuzov. no.gif Tuzov has quite well represented subspecies and varieties. In addition, as far as can be judged from the diurnal butterflies-the tables are not presented by family.(maybe by region?)This will make it somewhat difficult to work with the book as a determinant. In general,I can say that the tables are quite bright, clear and, most importantly, correctly represent the color scheme of "scales".Everything is quite recognizable. umnik.gif
Ready to take both books.Write to me in PM-we will make an agreement. beer.gif

About the tables, I meant the quality of the photo. They are divided into families - The first photo, like species that are questionable for Ukraine (or that fly in), if I'm not mistaken.

In the library of the Institute of Zoology t 044-234-93-24 in Kiev, these books can be purchased freely
Scoops-45 hryvnia, daily-50, at the expense of delivery I do not know .

Most likely. Charax, chrysippus, and Polygonia egea are listed as stray for the Crimea, but I don't know about Kirinia, chernushek, and others. I wonder if the specimens listed in the book were caught in Ukraine?

I took a Scoop for 40 hryvnias ($8). Delivery by mail, you need to call, negotiate. I don't know about shipping to Russia.
In Crimea, both books can be purchased at the Karadag biostation.

Here's something like: http://zoometod.ifolder.ru/2824526

Something doesn't open the link...

I have it in text format. I post it temporarily, because I promised not to distribute it to anyone, so download it soon.
http://salabs.narod.ru/tkachev.rar

update:
The link has started working.
update2: I tried downloading the file twice - it downloads, but it doesn't open, or rather, when opened normally, it shows only three pages, the other pages are empty. It looks like the file is broken.

The photos are excellent, no doubt, but the text is better not to take seriously, there are a lot of inaccuracies and errors! I'm talking about the daytime girls.

I agree, especially about subspecies and aberrations, something is not finalized there
