Colleagues, we need a net for catching aquatic larvae: a diameter of 20 cm and a telescopic handle - so that when folded, all this fits in a backpack or bag, max. length - 0.8-1m. A net of this diameter is prescribed in regulatory documents, so far I have only met children's ones, but they are enough for 4-5 times, the entire "telescope" falls apart into tubes(. Maybe, who knows the craftsmen? The design is not important, I'll make the bag myself.

20 cm in the bag will fit without a folding hoop design. Accordingly, it can simply be bent from a thin steel bar or thick wire. No special skills are required to do this. only physical strength. Is there a guy in the house?

With a telescopic handle, it is more difficult, but you can take a ready-made one from a fishing podsak. The only difficulty is to fasten this handle with a hoop, here you need to look. how the attachment point of the native hoop of a specific model of podsak is arranged and try to repeat. However, it won't be easy without welding. Accordingly, it is better to immediately look for a muscular welder nearby and carry a store-bought podsak to him as a pen donor. He will find the material for the hoop himself.

And what is this regulatory document that so strictly limits the diameter of the hoop? Can't we just send him away? Then you could just limit yourself to buying a podsak and replacing the bag, a welder and a man in general will not be required. They come with a four-piece round hoop, about half a meter in diameter, which is very compact (it will fit not only in a backpack, but also in a lady's purse). Of course, it will be more difficult for them to wave under water than 20 centimeters, but how much catch at a time!

And another thing: the maximum length of the handle is 0.8-1 m - this is not serious for fishing in water, except that you can get a water meter from the surface. 1.5 m is a minimum, just for podsaks this length of handles and more.
