They usually settle in the ground , but lately the heating main seems to attract them more... Workers (in the sense of people , not wasps) feel sorry when they repair the heating main, checkmate for the whole mile....

Yes, interestingly, I do not remember that vulgaris lived in thermal insulation, although I once found it in a pile of dumped roofing material, but German wasps often settle in heating mains, that's just a problem with studying them, they always think that you are twisting the wire for scrap smile.gif

Oh, and how can this be done-to catch working oss!??

It took more than 2 hours to catch about 150 workers. Caught with a regular net-after in the container.
