The following cultural events have been prepared for us in the coming week::

On Saturday, October 11 (10-18 o'clock) and Sunday, October 12 (10-16 o'clock), the new 1st academic building of Moscow State University (opposite the Faculty of Biology, to the right of the Fundamental Library, where there were Festivals in previous years) will host the III Festival of Science in Moscow. As usual: an exhibition of macrophotographs (V. Kartsev and A. Nagorny participate), an exhibition of insect collections (p.Udovichenko).

Wednesday, October 15 from 14 to 17 (maximum until 18 hours) - an exhibition of live insects at the Department of Entomology of Moscow State University (send, as usual, lists for passage to the biofac for the exhibition).

PS Attention! At the exhibition, I will distribute the remains (larvae of different ages) of the culture (3rd generation) of eumastacids Erianthus versicolor from the Southern part of Thailand.

Let's find a couple of smile.gif Yes's! Everyone! Prepare plants - leaves of rosaceae (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, cherries, apple trees, bird cherry...). They feed (at least for me) on them. Live leaves, not dried or frozen wink.gif

Hello. I'd really like to get there ,but I might not make it in time.A big request -if someone has extra insects (easy to maintain) I could have taken it .I myself work as a teacher of additional education at a boarding school for orphans and lead a wildlife circle there - I have experience in keeping insects and a good theoretical base on these issues, since at one time I went with my daughter to the entomological circle at the Department of Entomology of Moscow State University and got a decent base .Boarding school nr 110 for orphans with mental retardation. I will be glad if there are people who are ready to help us - money is tight there, although the boarding school is state-run. In return, I can help with aquariums ,as I am a professional aquarist and, in principle, problems in freshwater aquariums have long been solved for me.Thank you in advance to everyone who responds to the request-my адрес-alesta-fish@mail.ru-Александр.

Please check the information about the boarding school nr 110 - it is located in Moscow, so information on insects is preferably from Moscow or the nearest Moscow region.By the way, I have now registered and call myself-Aquas-

Thank you, Insect Scientist :-)
I have strawberries growing in my apartment even in winter, the question is how many leaves these creatures need.
