And where are Usykov's clubs? Although in such a bad photo, they could probably get lost. But if this is really a necrobium, then everything becomes even stranger: probably, behind that wall from the cracks in which beetles are crawling in large numbers (or inside it), there is someone's corpse.

Is it xto?

Chernotelka-it is clear; at first I decided that muchnik, then I decided that after all there is no.

The beetle is 8 millimeters long and the larvae are 15 millimeters long.

Found in cockroach, live in the substrate (shavings).

Very nimble, by the way-they are buried instantly. I didn't know how many of them there were; I didn't know where they came from, either.

Leatherworm larva

15.03.2017 23:02, GRIZZLY-

About 2 weeks ago, I found a lot of very small beetles in the flour and on the edges of the shelf. I threw away a lot of food and froze the rice. When I took it out and emptied it, I found no less beetles, already dead. Live they are slightly lighter and easily choke with your finger. What is it and where could it come from?

Aleksandr3999, mushroom mosquito.

deda, Chironomidae gen. sp. Their years are all short, and they will soon disappear. But it may well be replaced by another species, since, apparently, the reservoir is somewhere nearby. But they are all in the adult state do not eat. so they don't pose any threat.

These are sciarids. Propagate in the soil, in pots with indoor plants.

Мукоед - Oryzaephilus surinamensis. The source of reproduction is just flour and cereals. Once they come out en masse, look for supplies.

It's a bread grinder. It feeds on a variety of substances of plant origin-flour, pasta, cereals, red pepper, etc., also found in the fruits of horse chestnut, cedar pine cones, mustard plasters and entomological collections.
Go through all the stocks, look for contaminated products and throw them out without mercy.

Hello. There was such a question:
user posted image
An unusual complaint about giant cockroaches was received by the editorial office of the newspaper "Lytkarinskie Vesti" from residents of the house No. 26 of block 3a. According to Lytkaryn residents, from the end of the house near the entrance number 1, a large colony of cockroaches has settled under the sewer hatches, which are several times larger than their usual "home" counterparts.

After visiting the site, our correspondent was personally convinced that hordes of large, the size of a little finger, cockroach-like beetles live under the concrete slab where the heating main passes. Here, in the daytime, people feed birds and homeless animals, leaving a large amount of bread and food. In the evening, they are replaced by beetles to eat "dinner".
For a comment on the current situation, we turned to the management company of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "DEZ-Lytkarino".

"At the request of residents of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise" DEZ-Lytkarino " together with the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Moscow Regional Center of Disinfection" branch "Center of Disinfection of the Ramenskoye district, the cities of Lytkarino and Bronnitsy", we conducted disinfection measures to treat places where this type of insect accumulates. Currently, there are no beetles near the concrete slab, "said Andrey Tsvetkov, head of the production and technical department of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise" DEZ-Lytkarino".

Andrey Yevgenyevich also explained that disinfection works were also carried out in the basements of the house earlier, so if the beetle colony migrates, they will not come to the residents.

These are not beetles at all: Blatta orientalis is a black cockroach. People are not used to them, however.

29.04.2017 3:03, ИНО

And they live in basements and underground utilities everywhere, but they rarely enter apartments, mainly after another such disinsection. The apartments are probably too dry and clean to create sustainable populations.
