Sergey is right!
This one to move too along with its larva and pupa. :)
Caradrina wullschlegeli.
Caradrina wullschlegeli.
Caradrina wullschlegeli.
Ptycholoma imitator.
The same Caradrina sp.
You seem to be wrong, this is Caradrina.
Right Nola emi (Inoue, 1956)
Name of the species should be corrected.
This family can't be identified by underside photos. :(
:)
Ptycholoma imitator.
Ptycholoma imitator.
Ptycholoma imitator.
Not Acleris.
I reckon the species is ID'ed wrongly, genus is right but the species is either pyramidea or berbera. Though the poor moth condition makes ID impossible.
This species is identified correctly.
Amphipyra perflua.
So it's just as easy to check out the website of Japanese lepidoptera and here we are, Cystidia stratonice.
This is Geometridae larva.
So isn't the photo moved to the species?
I'm sorry, not Eumedonia eumedon (as it's named on here).
Definitely not Aricia eumedon. Also where is this blue from? Please location.
Question closed. Phyllodes staudingeri.
Phyllodes imperialis or close to. Hind wings are quite doubtful.
I'd say this is quite worn-out Coenonympha pamphilus. The butterfly is small as well as on the second photo. Though don't know Oeneis norna at all.

There are both dark and light ones, and Acosmeryx pseudonaga suits well this picture, though Acosmeryx anceus (Stoll, 1781), Acosmeryx shervillii (Boisduval, 1875), Acosmeryx omissa (Rothschild and Jordan, 1903), Acosmeryx pseudomissa (Mell, 1922) either shouldn't be excluded. The series shows they are different species. Gotta know what's the difference in appearance between them.
There are three very similar species in Malaysia http://www.lepbarcoding.org/sphingidae/species_checklists.php.
Even Yefetov couldn't identify this by such picture.
Polyommatus thersites.
To Lycaena dispar "uncertain", female.
Lycaena virgaureae.
Lythria cruentaria, to "uncertain", might be Lythria purpuraria.
Pontia edusa.
Coenonympha pamphilus.
Seems like that.
Might be widely spread Lithostege farinata, or some Asian like Lithostege narynensis (lean to the latter, clear white) from Kazakhstan as well. Or anything else?
I'm not talking but of the right one, checked out the left too, no versions, alas.
This is Oleria amalda too, just another subspecies.
Move this to "uncertain".
An Ecuador subspecies Oleria amalda modesta (Haensch, 1903).
Oleria amalda.
Seems right!
Helicoverpa armigera.
Lythria purpuraria.
No, it's Noctuinae, Euxoa genus, species?
The moth is identified right. Lev, you happen to identify correctly even those species I wouldn't dare to without dissection, and at the same time you get confused by some evident ones.
Rather difficult to dissect digital images.
:)
Opposed to count and compare genes. :)
