Thanks for the confirmation :)

Aphantopus hyperantus.

15.01.2013 20:09, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #18590

This species is identified correctly.

15.01.2013 20:06, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #17247

The genus is Adhemarius, species is either this or that, so if Lev says this location is for Adhemarius roessleri, don't object :), just to "uncertain".

15.01.2013 20:03, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #18340

White stripe is possible but not always. Clearly distinguished by black spots arranged in a straight line.

15.01.2013 20:00, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #18340

This species is identified correctly.

14.01.2013 23:41, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #5908

The author's comment is to another species Malacosoma neustria.

14.01.2013 20:31, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #5908

Malacosoma castrensis.

13.01.2013 21:31, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #18522

They don't overwinter, just had an intensive spring :)

13.01.2013 20:36, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #18521

Gonepteryx rhamni.

13.01.2013 18:54, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #18508

What for add two photos of the same, quite worn-out specimen, whilst the species itself is already illustrated with dozen more good pics?

13.01.2013 18:09, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #18518

Check how much this is similar to one http://www.lepiforum.de/cgi-bin/lepiwiki.pl?Crassa_Tinctella. With such angle and colour...

13.01.2013 15:31, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #18487

Malacosoma neustria, or what for this would crawl along the apple tree. :)

13.01.2013 15:29, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #18488

Malacosoma neustria.

13.01.2013 15:29, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #18489

Malacosoma neustria.

13.01.2013 15:16, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #18474

Wrong ID, this moth is of the genus Phyllodesma.

12.01.2013 22:37, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #12551

To move to another photo, shouldn't be hovering in "undetermined". :)

12.01.2013 21:15, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #16645

Cosmia camptostigma.

12.01.2013 19:40, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #17247

Why not Adhemarius ypsilon (Rothschild & Jordan, 1903), like this one more :)

12.01.2013 14:27, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #18211

Micronia aculeata.

That was Yuri Semejkin who identified this right assisted with A. Y. Matov. :)

07.01.2013 0:32, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #8092

Right, this is Lampronia capitella.

07.01.2013 0:32, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #8093

Right, this is Lampronia capitella.

06.01.2013 16:40, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #15824

Might be Polyommatus icarus female and another species as well. Can't say anything on the species, few possible. Though icarus is a rather good choice. :)

06.01.2013 1:56, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #12565

Thanks!

06.01.2013 1:15, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #6365

Not synonym but another pair of genus and species, so should be moved. :)

06.01.2013 1:12, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #15824

Alas.

05.01.2013 17:02, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #13988

Can't say if it looks exactly like Nedra ramosula, but the latter is from N. Am, so not sure. Will spot somewhere another pic of this.

04.01.2013 21:45, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #13988

No.

04.01.2013 14:52, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #16019

There is Pandemis heparana in Primorye, though in Europe they look bit lighter than this one on the photo.

03.01.2013 12:15, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #16839

Naah, local gourmands eat with the eyes :)

03.01.2013 12:14, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #16019

This is some Pandemis, looks not like anything common, most probably heparana, though there is Pandemis ignescana, Kuznetzov, 1976, in Primorye, dark moths, no good quality web images to look closer.

26.12.2012 23:18, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #16839

Yes, only there is Mesapamea, secalella or secalis that may be identified just by genitalia. The sure ID needs examination. :)

26.12.2012 22:50, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #13989

Among four species of this genus which are in Russian Far East, this appeared to be Callopistria juventina.

26.12.2012 21:42, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #16839

Agree with Sergey, overlooked that.

26.12.2012 20:52, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #17089

May this still be festucae? Though I wouldn't even try to ID it surely by such photo. The shot sucks nor it's possible to identify. :(

26.12.2012 20:39, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #16951

Sergey, this is not Clostera curtula. Don't you please doubt my ID, these species clearly differ. :)

25.12.2012 23:31, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #16930

This species is identified correctly.

25.12.2012 23:30, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #16966

Can be Timandra comae, though need to know where it's from since there are three species very similar.

24.12.2012 23:17, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #16902

This is not Mythimna unipuncta but long flown Mythimna conigera. :)

24.12.2012 22:58, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #16951

Clostera pigra.
