Good time of day. Please help us identify uninvited neighbors. In the last few days, dozens of people can be noticed in the apartment during the day. Could it be bed beetles? The dimensions are about 1 mm. Chelyabinsk.

I don't think they look much like ticks. Maybe there are other options?

Definitely ticks.

Here people know how to write such stories. What a pleasure to read them. Water was poured, and he was holding up his breathing tube in a funny way. Tomorrow we will try to feed, the spectacle will be entertaining

these are argass mites. they most likely crawl from nesting birds from the balcony or from the window. the easiest way, if you have a sealed double-glazed window, is not to open the door to the balcony for a long time.

The question is in the title of the topic:
Who is it?
The size is about 2 mm. But time passes. The difference between photos is a week. Now the length has increased to 3 mm.
The body is flattened from the sides. The color is like that of dry grass. Figuratively resembles a chameleon.
Geographical region - south-east of Ukraine. Date of shooting-19 and 26.06.16. The insect was found on tomatoes. Decorative sunflowers also grow nearby.

Very similar. And where was it photographed?

Yes, in the city, on the asphalt hung out, the city of Ufa. I thought that someone's exotic had run away. And it turns out almost a natural view =)

26.06.2016 15:39, ИНО

Orientalis, don't hesitate. That's just about the natural species You bent, in the Russian Federation only in the Crimea and in the Caucasus they survive in the wild, in the temperate zone - pure synanthropus. On asphalt, most likely, ran after carrying out disinsection in the basement.

Friends, please tell me what is the new bloodsucking creature in the central region? A small (2-3 mm) insect, very similar to the triatom bug, one in one, only black, with light spots. The body shape is teardrop-shaped, tapering towards the front. The proboscis protrudes almost straight, slightly thicker than that of a mosquito. Moscow, late June. It stung very painfully, the second day does not pass. There is no photo, because of the soreness of the bite, I crushed it in a second - there was blood inside, I managed to get drunk. My wife says the same one bit her in the Moscow region the other day. 2 hours of searching on the Internet did not give anything, and I myself see this for the first time.
Thank you in advance.

Most likely, an anthocorid bug. It is possible that Anthocoris nemorum (Linnaeus, 1761)
is not actually blood-sucking, but during the harvesting of raspberries, for example, it may periodically think of itself as such and bite very painfully.

Someone from the equilateral proboscis, there are several families with such fancy wax threads. Probably, the form of this riot can be determined more precisely...
