Dear Dmitrich,
what do you think about the last two pterostichs?

And Amara apricaria, what, does not roll? http://www.biolib.cz/en/image/id9647/

It turns out Amara consularis smile.gifCan this be?
apricaria does not roll, because its PRSP should be heart-shaped, those with a notch at the back edge, and mine is evenly rounded.

In any case, thanks to the observant Roman, this is not Aulika, because in my beetle the prothorax process turned out to be clearly edged.

"Green" downloaded. Thank you very much to everyone who helped with this.
About Pterostichus #2. This is, as the respected Omar and Dmitrich said, P. melanarius=vulgaris=vulgare (GG) L. = Common Pterostichus. However, in this regard, "green" was less accurate, more superficial. More precisely, you go to this beetle by the keys of O. Berlov.
Pterostichus # 1, however, is either a different species, or such is the variability. I did not invent the corners at the back edge of the PRSP. And this trait is+2 pores only in melas, but melas is stockier and southerner.
In general, so far it remains sp.

Here's another argument about # 1.

Berlov writes that melanarius has only two setae at the posterior edge of the middle thigh. So, No. 2, as expected, has these 2 bristles. How much does # 1 have? Look at the photo, on the right there are 4 of them, and on the left there are 3. In fact, there are 4 of them on the left(one in this position is not visible) smile.gif However, 4 I is far behind the other three, so maybe it doesn't count? But, then 3 bristles still remain!

Staffs - the group is still the same! In my opinion, both are from the genus Philonthus. And then you need to drive.

13-Combocerus glaber (Schaller, 1783)?

Bark beetles are cool! beer.gif

To Sugercete:
Photo 4-Cerylon ? fagi Brisout, 1867, or maybe Philothermus, it is difficult to deal with them there. Family Cerylonidae.
Photo 2-Corticeus ? fraxini (Kugelann, 1794). You need to look at the keys. Tenebrionidae.

Just bark beetles are not here. But now I'm still rummaging in the green one.
And I found
9-Colydium elongatum (narrow-bodied)
6-Nemosoma elongatum (thyroid gland) and probably 11 beetle also from shchitovidok

22.03.2010 16:02, Buzman

11-Grynocharis oblonga (Linnaeus, 1758), correct, Trogossitidae.
And 6-the preposition Nemozoma caucasicum Ménétriés, 1832.

Yes, probably in the "green" should be? Have you searched?

Reporting back

Philontuses were defined as follows

1. Philonthus decorus (Gravenhorst, 1802)
2. Philonthus chalceus (Stephens, 1832)

Just bark beetles are not here.

something is not clear with these colidiums.
Along the course of the Trofim filiforme, since the pronotum is too short, the bases of the elytra are brown. It doesn't work on the sawyere.
What about me? I caught it the day before yesterday. Apparently elongatum?
Isn't it a mistake that Zina is wearing a filiform under the banner of Elongatum? He's got a narrow mustache."

This Aphodius comes out as Aphodius lugens (Creutzer, 1799)

8 mm.
.The large spur of the hind leg is longer than the 1st segment of the foot
..the grooves of the ndcr are connected posteriorly to each other
..the grooves of the ndcr are not more deeply indented posteriorly, the gaps are flat

But, it is listed as southern. Aphodius lugens, can this be?
