Greetings To All!
What are your thoughts on this Carabus? I've never seen one like this before in the Krasnoyarsk territory. Forest-steppe landscapes, habitats of C. sibiricus and C. kruberi. 13.06.11 g. L - 18mm.

Are these some kind of Taphoxenus? Caught in the same place.

This is the Carabus aurolimbatus

Very similar, but Carabus aurolimbatus seems to go to the Altai, and Krasnoyarsk is almost 1500 km to the east. Here is a picture in a straightened form and the size specified (what did I measure yesterday?).

Is aurolimbatus a species or subspecies of violaceus?

Thank you, Dmitry, for the definition and to everyone who took part in the discussion. Caught in the only copy so far. in the left-bank environs of Krasnoyarsk. Forest-steppe, on the border of a dry slope and a birch spike in a glass for beer.

Help me deal with crunches:

The size of the first (in the attached photo) crunch is about 1 cm, no more. I took a picture today. Is it June?

Second one from the link - http://www.nature.kr.ua/2010-03-10-21-53-3...&catid=49&id=58. I attributed it to the June one, although it flies in late April and early May. According to the determinants from the network, it is very similar to Junsky. Its size is about 1.5-almost 2 cm.

After consulting with Yakov Kovalenko, smoking the Fauna of the USSR and long digging in 3 tons. In the catalog of Palearctic coleoptera and on the Internet, it turned out that the golden beetle is Anthaxia (Anthaxia) intermedia Obenberger, 1913 (=Cratomerus (Trichocratomerus) intermedius Obenberger, 1913).
