Please identify the beetles. Tatarstan.

This is most likely Phyllobius (Parnemoicus) viridicollis (F., 1792), it always looks so shabby

No, in the photo 105.jpg not Phyllobius (Parnemoicus) viridicollis! I know this species well, it is small (no more than 4 mm) and completely different in proportions (it will be more compact). Here is an image of it: http://www.flickr.com/photos/coleoptera-us/4141443712/
P. viridicollis is more shiny, the elytra do not look worn, but bare, the pronotum is covered with white and greenish hair-like scales, the legs are reddish. In the picture From Oleg, a completely different Phyllobius, just "lived", wiped off from the scales covering it. He also has a completely different ratio of the width and length of the elytra.

Yes, I absolutely agree with you. I was in a hurry and didn't pay much attention to the proportions. Then apparently it's some kind of Ph. pomaceus shabby in the trash.

These are leaf beetles from the genus Cryptocephalus. Before the appearance, probably, specialists in leaf eaters will say.

The view is very variable. It can be completely light. The head may be black. The legs may be dark, etc. Look at Plavilshchikov in "Fauna of the USSR". The only reliable sign is the elongated first segment of the hind leg.

Very similar to Lytta vesicatoria ()Shpanskya fly) or something very close to the Far East.
