What kind of bug is 3 mm long? They were on the flowers of Láthyrus vérnus. Near Kirov on June 9.

Right now I'm not doing it very correctly, but your post remained unanswered.
I will make an assumption that this is a grain - Bruchidae.
And very carefully I will point my finger at Bruchus atomarius... rolleyes.gif

determining tsevtorynkhov from the photo is a useless task, it doesn't look very similar to granulicollis, and there can't be a mass turbatus?

About uselessness-I understood, someone should have told me that eek.gif
I looked at them both carefully. In general, mine was sitting on horseradish.
Then Ceutorhynchus contractus? But there are no white hairs...

Please confirm or deny, taken on June 12 in the same place, in the Tula region. The weevil was found in the faded inflorescence of the primrose Primula officinalis.
My guess is Otiorhynchus ovatus, since, unlike Otiorhynchus smreczynskii, the "humps" on the pronotum have a longitudinal shape in the form of wrinkles, and in the same O. smreczynskii, the irregularities have rounded shapes.
Here I see the longitudinal grooves.
