People, good evening! I moved into an apartment and for the last 3 days I began to find beetles (4-5 a day) on the parquet floor next to the window or on the window (so far only in one place). 3mm size. The photo is not very good quality, but I would like your opinion to find out who it is and what to do.

The determinant indicates that this species has elytra tips with a transverse fold. This individual does not have it. Or is this a non-diagnostic feature?

Dear Victor, I may have made a mistake wall.gifIn the definitions write "usually" there is a fold at the top. I am also confused by two spots in the area of the humeral tubercle, because Adalia decempunctata usually has one. Take a photo from below.
I'm not an expert in this group, but I'm a cow lover. Let's think umnik.gif

The beetle was pulled out of the melted ice, which is probably why it had two legs. I took a picture from below. But after your definition, I decided that it was no longer needed, and-deleted it. I pasted the beetle on a piece of paper (of course, the bottom was glued). But I glued only the side of the bottom; therefore, there was a chance, bending the paper, to shoot at least half of the bottom. However, with such tricks, superglue proved to be worse than clerical and the beetle fell. Therefore, it was possible to remove it from below. Unfortunately, the binoculars didn't adjust to sharpness in any way; they turned out to be such muddy photos. As for the color of the paws, the lost one was black. The red color on the bottom of the beetle is either algae, or last year's detritus remains together with the rust of the tank. The tank was being emptied of water for the winter; it had been filled a week ago. So the beetle flew on April 12-14, until it was frozen in the ice at night.

definitely not G. quadriguttatus (F.), similar to G. quadrisignatus, but the color of the spots is confusing, of course, the color rendition can be podgulya. If there is a bug, run it by definition. the table:
