If the case is large, then I would venture to assume that it is Canephora hirsuta.

good afternoon. The photo is not very good, but the shape of Qwilleran is clearly visible. The vertex is expanded with a rounded outer corner. The top of the valva is rather narrowed. Unfortunately, there is no photo of the butterfly.
Maybe it's Agonopterix multiplicella?

This is Z. purpuralis. Zygaena punctum looks slightly different and is not found on the plateau (yayla).

Actually, I'm more of a bird person. But along the way I shoot all sorts of other animals and plants. But I don't know much about them, so I often find it difficult to identify them. On June 4, I visited the Beltau region of Southern Kazakhstan, took a picture of a butterfly there, please help me determine it.

C. decolorata Males are much lighter in the inner side of the wings than alcetas or argiades. Moreover, there are obvious differences from under the wings.

The Brentises: Daphne or Eno? Very interesting opinion on this subject dear mol.gifforumchan . Daphne is in this area. Today I posted on the forum of mother-of-pearl photos of quite typical specimens. And here are these photos.. confused.gif About the area. This is the Moscow region, its extreme Southeast. Between Lukhovitsy station and Chernaya Square, closer to posl. Not far from the railway track, on the other side of which is a pond with Nymphea water lilies, but rather a swamp. Beyond this swamp is the M5 highway. Lots of oak trees. The forest is generally mixed. Just there are blackberries and meadowsweet. The trail leads into the forest perpendicular to the railway, the terrain is quite wet, usually dries up only by the end of June; beavers, roe deer, orchids, in general an amazing variety of flora and entomofauna (P mnemosyne, Melitaea phoebe, Lysandra coridon, M daphnis, E maturna, A tau, fillies on foot, firefly and blue-winged). Can these 2 Brenthispecies fly together? Tomorrow I will post more photos on this exciting topic

And one more not quite clear to me ex from the same place. Surroundings of Chernaya Square, MO, Lukh district. Date: July 2012. From the underside, they are quite distinctly purple. I think until tomorrow I will find a photo of them from the underside
