Similar to Cerastis rubricosa.

And the caterpillars are black.

Such mulberry nests are characteristic of Yponomeuta, and the caterpillars themselves are not visible in your photo....

Hello! I found it, as you suggested, late at night in the Saratov forest (I was with my parents) on 12/07/15. The plant in the photo (dried up already) caterpillars were on the stem of 6 pcs. I got him hooked on the braconids. Four braconids were immediately paralyzed, and then laid eggs. Two caterpillars managed to hide.
