The Helicoverpa armigera scoop.
If you live in the south, you can still go out now. If not, then in the spring.
A future suggestion is to indicate the date and place of shooting, and take photos of the general view from above and from the side.

Looks like it's the Helicoverpa armigera again. But if on an ash tree, then Pyrrhia purpurina is possible. In any case, a scoop from Heliothinae. I think so.
To determine this, it is better to take side and top angles, as well as indicate the length of the caterpillar and the food plant.

Ursa major, possibly Arctia festiva.
Feed plantain and a bunch of different herbaceous plants.
