Yes, of course, when pressed I use it, but as an old-mode type I prefer a book in my hands. Moreover, we in Russia are not spoiled by qualifiers like this one.

You can send it anywhere, but the price of sending it to the near abroad is much higher than in Russia. If it suits you , no problem.
