Mmmm... The quality to the factory is still not enough (some pins in the photo are crooked). If it's not a secret, how long does it take to make one pin (cutting wire, sharpening (on an emery wheel?), surfacing a glovka)?

Yes, somewhere in the evening I did up to 500-600 pcs. Sharpening on an emery wheel(the engine is small-any, so as not to make noise). Of course, the quality is undoubtedly not factory-made. But in the box on the butterflies there is no difference, if you do not pay special attention.
In the long run, I'll still be buying factory-made pins. There's no getting away from it!
