So I decided to post some photos here of this not so well-known species. It occurs and is found only on rocky sites and rocky hillsides, in those places where this species lives. It is found in single specimens near the town of Koktebel - on the slopes of Mount Malka, on the slope between the town of Malka and Tatar-Khaburg. On the northern slopes of the Biyuk-Yanyshar range: closer to the road in rocky places.

I caught them nonuniformly also near S. Have fun in the vicinity of Sudak. In general, looking through the reports, for example, V. Savchuk (okoem), one gets the impression that the view along the coast is not so rare.

In habitats, as it seemed to me, it is not rare, but it is not so easy to find where they really are. So the CC wrote "vulnerable". But what is happening recently in the Crimea, in particular in the South Coast, does not leave me with good hopes - in the sense that the coastal slopes and slides are growing faster and faster (in Koktebel I saw the difference in two years) with hotels and hotels, it's good that not at cosmic speed, but I have a premonition that when before that it will be too late for the vulnerable species to "reach" their hands in terms of restoring and creating wildlife sanctuaries, as is happening in Ukraine. Well, that's my personal opinion.

I was returning at night from a quiet bay in Koktebel - I heard a grasshopper several times. There are slopes on the other side of Biyuk Yanyshar, on the side of the Yuzhnoye-Ordzhonikidze highway, where grasshoppers can be collected in good numbers. There they seemed to crawl every 5-20m, that is, inhabit the desert slope. Last time I collected larvae on it in June, and they were only on rocky landslides, I didn't find them on slopes with vegetation, and in August the imagos spread all over the slope and there are no stones without vegetation on landslides. When caught, closer to sunset, females found in the thickets of small, it seems that they hide in the shade during the day, males collected in the evening - as soon as darkness comes, they begin to sing.
Here here I collected them, and the picture shows that the furrows are collapses of rocks without vegetation. the hillside itself is sparsely vegetated.
