Thank you for the advice, we will poison them, otherwise they have already got us, they climb everywhere.

Good day dear forumyane!
Please help me identify the insects. They crawled out from under the tiles in the bathroom, which is constantly in a humid environment. Size about 1 mm., dark (possibly black) color, barely saw 6 legs (lighter than the body) and 2 whiskers. Couldn't make a photo using tech. for various reasons. Thank you.

Your description is so vague that it fits, figuratively speaking, a million insects. There is clearly not enough data to determine this.

I'm not at all an expert in this science, so I don't know what else to add.
They get out mainly in the dark, do not fly, are not afraid of "dichlorvos"...
I live in the northern latitudes of the Russian Federation...can you tell me what else needs to be clarified?

I read something similar about woodlice, but the size of my animals is somewhat smaller. The most important question:
HOW TO GET RID OF THEM? Thank you.

31.08.2008 7:45, Bad Den

Philnk, can you take a photo?

No matter how much I try to take a photo on a digital camera , nothing really comes out - it's impossible to see...

I started noticing small flies in the bathroom. They're sitting on the tiles, and they haven't done much damage yet. But unpleasant. They fly slowly. Externally, they resemble an inverted heart, as it is drawn. The wings are large relative to the body. What are these flies and how to deal with them?

03.09.2008 8:34, omar

This is probably a butterfly, if like an inverted heart. This is from excessive humidity.

Who crawls on white walls in the toilet? 22the last floor. The house is new for 6 months.Moscow. eek.gif Size from 0.5 to 1mm There are suspicions that climb with a mop that is in the toilet and is always a little wet as it is used every day. These beetles recognize the shadow(when you want to crush it with a piece of paper, it starts to fuss anxiously). In a day you can meet from 3 to 7 pieces. Who is it? How to banish or exterminate? mad.gif

04.09.2008 18:01, Guest

Thank you. I found information about them, like they are)

04.09.2008 21:21, Delejans

More hay eaters smile.gif

Where did we get them from? So not with a mop! What's going on with the roof? 22etazh birds that is not very much probably. How to get rid of it? Poison them? Or cracks from the roof if there are zagudronit? What do they threaten? Why in the toilet?

05.09.2008 10:04, Alexandr Rusinov

Yes, they do not threaten anything... They are simply an indicator of high humidity in the room. The best method of control is dryness.

05.09.2008 13:10, Vabrus

I dug out a pancake temku. The question is - does the greenhouse grasshopper accidentally reproduce by parthenogenesis?

07.09.2008 0:45, Мих

No, but the pregnancy is very long.

Some kind of cicadas (Cicadellidae). They are the ones who come up to you from the street (vyprod, howeversmile.gif). They will disappear by themselves, and there is nothing for them to do in the apartment. And the corpses of the dead will be swept away from the windowsills.

10.09.2008 12:13, manyasha

Help the fire department! In the bathroom, toilet and windowsills, there are small beetles, almost transparent, 1-2 mm long, the head and torso are clearly separated. I can't see how many legs there are. They jump. It seems to me that the shape of the body is vaguely reminiscent of very small ants. We have a small child, will soon start crawling, and here.....
I want to get rid of them. Please tell me how to deal with them. frown.gif
Thank you in advance.

If they jump, they are more likely legtails

11.09.2008 7:23, Bukashechnik

If they jump and are found in wet places (in the bathroom, toilet, on windowsills, where they most likely crawled out of flower pots), then they are more likely legtails. First of all, it is necessary to reduce the humidity level, treat the potted soil with the German insecticide carbofuran, or sprinkle the soil surface with dry sand, tobacco dust, wood ash or dry crushed pyrethrum leaves. In addition, it is recommended to transplant plants to other dishes, having previously disinfected the soil mixture. Of course, if there is a small child in the house, it is better to abandon chemical methods of fighting.

Thank you. But it is strange that on the windowsill in the kitchen (where just there are flowers, in the room there is no) there are no such beetles. Probably still hay eaters. I have a feeling that they got out of the shelves and window frames (all wooden). Can this be the case? What should I do in this case? confused.gif

11.09.2008 14:39, Fornax13

Hay eaters, most likely. Wingless species (at least some) that live in houses, just know how to jump. Do they really interfere so much?

21.09.2008 14:10, emdskar

I also have a strange t-shaped insect sitting on the wall in front of my entrance door. Help pliz find out what it is.

Photo of this T-shaped one.

This is a finger-winged butterfly, most likely wintering Emmelina monodactyla.

29.09.2008 12:39, guest: Svetik

So we have them. Two weeks could not understand what it is.
Then we found out-bedbugs. You are right that it is absolutely impossible to sleep.
We've been sleeping rough for two days now. They poisoned themselves. we are waiting for special people today.
Although we are afraid that this will not help. Tenacious reptiles.

29.09.2008 21:37, guest: Ramzes

In general, I have this problem! Already probably 15-20 pieces have passed on bug turtles (they seem to have to eat wheat! ).Such beetles, when disturbed, emit a pungent smell, somewhat reminiscent of an apple. How to get rid of them and what do they need in my apartment????
Also help identify the larva (apparently). Generally oblong garbage, with a mustache, the size of 0.5 cm....it moves very fast. Looks like a maggot, I guess.PEOPLE HELP PLEASE! frown.gif

30.09.2008 10:17, Aleksandr Ermakov

photo to the studio. Maybe it's not bedbugs-turtles, and cockroaches-turtles smile.gif
What's the point of worrying, it's not like they're nijia turtles. Dichlorvos and all!

01.10.2008 19:26, Мих

And why do they get rid of them? put it in a jar, hang it in the toilet,... in the kitchen in the trash can to dilute.. Since they smell so good!

Dear scientists and lovers of Entomology science!!!!

At my house, unfamiliar insects began to appear on the floor (see photo).
While they are small, they look like white "woodlice". Growing up, they turn black, while defending themselves, they raise their tail with a "sting". No signs of vital activity are visible. The adult size is about 1 cm. They run quite quickly and one at a time, throughout the apartment and on all the surfaces (parquet, tile, stone). I tried poisoning with a raid (from insects) - they were "drunk" for a week - and then (they must have left with a hangover) they became as usual.

WHO IS IT AND HOW TO DEAL WITH IT??????

Please give me some advice on how to get rid of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lepisma saccharina is a scaly fish. In my opinion, a lot has already been written about it here.

07.10.2008 13:36, guest: DAnila111

Some transparent insects with wings 1-1. 5 mm long have started up in the apartment and live perfectly. Who is it? How to deal with them?

these can be ticks like chicken or rat ticks

08.10.2008 19:04, okoem

In order to make lime, you would first need to determine what it is. If you can't take a picture, then put a couple of pieces on the scanner and scan them in maximum resolution, put them on the forum. I think that it will be possible to consider something already.

Thank you.
knowing the "name" - it's easier to fight!!!!!

Good afternoon! And I have the same thing!!! Also a new building on the 16th floor. The house is 2 years old. they made repairs, moved in and found out. But they are almost microscopic, very difficult to notice. They crawl along the baseboard, on the floor and on the wallpaper. This is terrible. I called the HOA and they said, " We don't know who you got there." At first I thought that fleas, but after long consultations I realized that fleas would leave bite marks. So now they're going to live in an apartment for the rest of their lives??? This is a problem of the house as a whole, isn't it? Who defeated them-help!!!! In the apartment is unpleasant when you know that they are under your feet.
