Sergey, I'm reading, reading........ So did I write that I supposed that considering Synev where salicis is questioned. Here there is no the shot date which could really help to dot all the i's as these two species have it quite different. The density of the dust cover is too in favour of my version. Never met such non-transparent salicis which are in plenty in Moscow in June. Let's wait for the ...
I checked all possible species within Far East, so there is nothing similar more than Pleuroptya ruralis, as I see: http://www.jpmoth.org/Crambidae/Pyraustinae/Pleuroptya_ruralis.html (should check all pics). Can't stop thinking about that one :) Won't move though, just put up for a discussion.
I see not Sesiidae but some hawkmoth. Can't say anything certain with such pic.

Leucoma candida ? Synev describes it in 36th, 37th and 40th region. Seems no other Leucoma there.
