Question:
Wikipedia says that this is a "Caddisfly larva without a cocoon" ...
- I suspect that it was forcibly pulled out of the cocoon. But, since caddis flies have a complete transformation , it seems to me that this is a pupa.

This is really a rider (family Ichneumonidae) - an insect from the order hymenoptera (Hymenoptera). There are a lot of them.
