The third photo shows a spike on the cheek, so your definition is correct-a male Odynerus of the subgenus Spipicoxa, I can't determine further from the photo.

And what kind of scoliasis is this, if not a secret? Is it given for Ukraine? Why not S. fuciformis?

It is similar to Xylocopa pubescens, but it doesn't seem to be listed for Europe, although in Greece everything is there smile.gif

Indeed, it is very similar to Xylocopa pubescens. But as far as I understand, this species is found in North Africa and Israel, while it is not found in Greece. I found here a work on Greek xylocopes based on materials from Italian collections, so Xylocopa pubescens is not there. Of the unfamiliar ones, there is Xylocopa olivieri, but it is completely different from the photo.
Maybe a labeling error? Confused resort Egypt with resort Greece?

Collector, thank you.
Liparus, there were also such thoughts initially, but alas, I was not sure. And there is no knowledge about the species composition of our ammophiles. You don't know who else we might come across, do you?
Now I'll try to straighten my paws as well. By the way, raskpravilki to them in general appearance are the same as for lepidoptera? Or I do it in some artisanal way. I am simply amazed, for example, at the neatness of your wasps-glitters and I can't imagine how you can fix your wings so neatly and spread your paws.

I also attach photos of one bee, a very fancy shape and a detailed label...

Hello there. Please help me with the names. I didn't shoot these ants, but a friend did in mid - June, so I can't say the size. Everything was shot on the slope of Dubrovka/Shaven mountain. The grassy vegetation is well preserved there. Ant # 5 on an orris bud is not real.
Can you at least get to the family of an egg-eater? I took it on the way back in the wooded area between the fields.
