A year ago in January in Thailand, I saw large (5-6mm) red and slightly transparent ants hanging out near a tree. There are a lot of them in parks. When I approached them, they raised their butts. Buttocks (tail called?) slightly darker than Taurus. Mostly they sit near a tree and do something. I didn't notice much running around. Who could it be?

Nomada sp. 2

Maybe something like Nomada fabriciana (Linnaeus 1767)? But I doubt it very much myself...
Py Sy Although it seems to be similar. I'm already starting to like this option myself smile.gif

who is it? And I take it it's a parasite on Stegobium paniceum? because I meet her next to the collection, where there are a lot of these beetles, the size is ~ 2mm
and if this is really a parasite of the paniceum, then maybe I can feed her somehow?

Can't you get a bigger picture of the front fender?
In general, it is very similar to the male Anthophora. They have the middle legs of males often arranged in the same way. Only the anthophore has three radiomedial cells, and in the photo there seem to be two.
