He flew into the light. For filming, I planted it on a piece of spruce bark that was at hand, so I can't say anything about the fodder tree..

Yes, they look like the shins of the forelimbs or hind legs. But, unfortunately, there is nothing in the material except these shins. Not a piece of elytra, not a thigh, not a part of the head. Thank you, Ilya!

On the other hand, they are suspiciously wide at the top, maybe I'm wrong rolleyes.gif

Of course, it was notsmile.gif there that the size of the shins was indicated-1.5 mm. There is an opinion that these are not the front shins, whoever they are.
I was doing this charade yesterday, too. Not really, but... He spatsmile.gif
A yellowish leg with a blade on the fourth segment - from the nutcracker, most likely.

1. Possibly Chrysolina aurichalcea (Gebler, 1825)?
2. Galeruca tanaceti (Linnaeus, 1758)
3. Cassida nebulosa Linnaeus, 1758

the first one is true. That's the one. But quadrangulata has not yet come across, although it seems to me that no one can understand their differences except Benkovsky )))

And again elephants. From a sample of feces of the great tit (Parus major), 27/09/14. Minsk, Makaenka str. 8, arboretum garden. Head tube size 1.5 mm. The antennal groove reaches to the eyes. Together with the heads in the material, orange thighs with small spikes are also 1.5 mm in size.

Is it possible to define at least up to sub-families/tribes? I tried to determine, but nothing worked. It is likely that the hips may not be from these boshek.
I can't make friends with long-tailed elephants in any way, short-tailed elephants accept me better lol.gif
If it is not possible to determine this good objectively, then please indicate it smile.gif.

Thank you so much in advance!

Nutcracker from the stomach of a corpse of a vol. starling (Sturnus vulgaris) decomposing in water for 2 days, 15/06/15. Minsk, Makaenka str. 8, arboretum garden.
The length of the yellow elytra is 5 mm, the length of the head + psp. = 3 mm. Adrastus sp.? Can you determine up to the type? This nutcracker has a belly in the material.

Also present in the material is the abdomen of the second nutcracker and such elytra (photos #3 and # 4). At first I thought it was from some other elephant thread, but then I found out that some nutcrackers also have elithras with a similar sculpture. Please give us a consultation on this issue.

If it is objectively impossible to determine this good, please indicate it.
