Actually, I probably made a mistake, hoping for memory is not always correct. When it is in your hands, it is difficult to make a mistake, especially since we rarely have such gray ones. That's about it

Here's an example of autumnata and dilutata, the second white never seen, the first is gray . but we rarely do. Males are well distinguished by their whiskers.Sometimes they fly together

Thank you very much! we need to review our autumnat again, although I doubt that we have a dilutata

Amata nigricornis and phegea differ in their caterpillars. You can pick up caterpillars in April and May and see who is who. They are the same in color, but they differ in the density of hairs.
However, I don't remember who has more smile.gifof them .

Well, you can confirm or deny my assumption by looking at her forehead, Cardepia has an outgrowth on her forehead. At one time, when there was a question with them, Djon took a photo, regarding the view there is more difficult.

Please tell me if I correctly identified the view with a subspecies? Iran, Demavend. Gonepteryx farinosa meridioirana? At 58 mm in span, the upper wings appear velvety due to the scale structure. I apologize for the quality of the photo taken from your phone.
