Yes, it's myrmidons. The only one who can still be - this is a steppe jaundice, but it is unlikely that it flew together with mimidons and in the number of more than one! It's just a white female form.

Here are pictures of the yellow fish mentioned in the fishing reports from near Antsiferovo. Don't all the myrmidons, the white forms of the females, resemble the same species? Thank you in advance.

In my opinion, quite normal Colias myrmidone 1st generation.

Oops..Ilya managed earlier smile.gif

04.06.2008 9:30, Sergey Didenko

And the fact that one white female is not white, but almost yellow, nothing, such myrmidons also exist?

04.06.2008 9:46, Ducat

I met such yellowish myrmidone females near the PTZ several years ago. About the fact that it can be a steppe jaundice, I also strongly doubt. Rather, it is a form of female myrmidone of the 1st generation.

People, do not worry: I have four pictures of local myrmidons, only one of them is white, and all of them are females!!!

04.06.2008 10:38, Acdestis

Upper - female hiale
all the rest-myrmid.

The upper one is a female hyale
, and the rest is a myrmid.

Something my females hiale other, can anyone else help?

In my collection, hyale is also somewhat different, so I still think that all without exception myrmidons

Agree with Acdestis, top left female C. hyale

I agree with Acdestis, top left female C. hyale

Now I'm completely confused. In size and color, of course, it is similar to the hyale, but the wide double black border along the edge of the front and rear wings leads to strong doubts. Maybe someone knows more precise signs of differences between these two species and the steppe too?

I agree with Acdestis and MOROZZZ, top left female C. hyale. In Myrmidon, the black border on the forewing is not interrupted, extending to the end of the wing (see the other two females).

Also for hyale (top left)

14-Xanthorhoe montanata
16-Xanthorhoe ferrugata

It's either her, or something with DV, which is more likely? smile.gif
And on any metallovidku from MO unlike like ...

19 I think that Hadena sp., most likely capsincola. Yes, I agree with Sideridis rivularis. I write from work, so at first I wrote something stupid, especially since I have a lot of them myself.

Isn't it Pyrausta falcatalis? And then the purple wings of the upper and lower color is usually different.

A draughtsman Avrinia, maybe who knows males and females?

  yes.gif Convinced me! Thanks!!!

But I was thinking hard myself smile.gif
There is another species with a similar pattern - Pyrausta ostrinalis http://ukmoths.org.uk/show.php?bf=1363
But she folds her wings like a house in peace, and opens Purpuralis and aurata like moths.

And 12-of course, clathrata

09.06.2008 12:09, aleko

1 and 4 - if the wings in the sun cast mother-of-pearl, most likely, Perinephela lancealis. Although I usually met them in July. Now, in theory, Pleuroptya ruralis should have flown out, but I haven't seen them on the familiar nettle smile.gifyet )

Lucky people, avrinii come across, and I have some mathurny-tortured completely smile.gif))

Don't be discouraged! Last year I was tormented by Atalia, I didn't come across anything else. And this year on the same day 4 different Avrinia met and let themselves be photographed jump.gif

Bugaga!
And I at myself at the dacha for one hour round of a stage could run into athalia, diamina, Phoebus, mathurna and avrinia!!!
(Well, I lied about the diamine, 1 time I came across it there...)

And about the 3rd one, no considerations? Like a firebox (in the manner of throwing a mustache on your back), large 15-17 mm. I looked at all the familiar sites, but nothing like it anywhere confused.gif

6-H. roboraria or punctinalis (size?, hard to see the marginal band)
7-most likely E. vulgata
9 so removed that it can be rivata
13-in my opinion very flown H cervinalis
18 - A anceps 20-can also be-poorly visible
21-L. thalassina
