Hello. I tried to identify this murmur here. As if it were Epistrophe grossulariae. But is it found in the Moscow region
Filmed in the Moscow region on July 28, 2010.

Epistrophe grossulariae (Meigen, 1822) is common in the Moscow region.

Cheilosia sp. (Syrphidae), a very species-rich genus, more precisely from the photo is not worth it.

This is a sciomyzid (Diptera, Sciomyzidae), most likely Sepedon sp. or a close relative.

It is not a vespiforme, but T. meridionale Krivosheina & Mamaev, 1962 is a very rare species. Great luck! If possible, sparrow, share the label-Moscow region on the northern border of the range.

reminds me of Elgiva cucularia (Sciomyzidae)
I have only this kind of genus in my collection, there is nothing else to compare with, but there
may be another species in the photo
