in my opinion, definitely not Tephritidae
for some reason, the family Sciomyzidae is recalled again....

this family is close to mottledwings, ulidiids (= otitids), the species is Myennis octopunctata or close (I recently identified a similar fly from the Nosferatumyia photo)

The first two photos, of course, are not sawed, but a rider, an ichneumonid, most likely-throw it into the topic on the definition of perepons. In the last two photos, a babbler from the genus Eristalis, the muzzle, however, is not visible, but I would venture to assume that this is a common E. arbustorum.

1-if there is a shiny black median facial stripe on the muzzle , then it can be abusiva, nemorum and other common species, if not-only arbustorum; but in general, it is difficult to determine almost all babblers from the photo, without binoculars, to the point of view
