About precautionary measures (it will not be superfluous).
Stock up on sunglasses, or even glasses with plain lenses.
It is advisable to wear a hat with a brim or a cap with a good visor
Without special need do not be near a strong UV source
if possible, alternate the use of lamps of different power (this has already been discussed in this topic)
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY-do not stare directly at the DRL with a split flask!
