Genus Parnassius

Community and ForumInsects imagesGenus Parnassius

Pavel Morozov, 13.02.2008 23:58

Here, representatives of the genus Parnassius, one of the most popular and controversial. Butterflies of this genus are among the most coveted groups of insects among collectors, causing a lot of difficulties for entomologists.
It shows apollons from a wide variety of locations, both from the former USSR and other countries.
I deliberately decided not to write the names of subspecies in most cases, since the group, I repeat, is very controversial. I will only indicate the locations.
