They feed on organic residues, such as insect residues. A dead fly or spider somewhere in the corner under the sofa is their food. Fight - wash and vacuum all the farthest corners, nooks, crevices, etc.

CAN YOU TELL ME WHO IT IS? HOW DID YOU SHOW UP AT MY HOUSE? HOW TO DEAL WITH IT?

These are some kind of bedbugs. Completely safe for humans. We stopped by to visit you by accident. Maybe with some plants or objects brought from the street or brought from the country. Fight - catch them and release them back to the street. smile.gif

okoem Tell me, please, and they that I have multiply?after all, four of them have already been found in 2 days. And whether they can live in laminate flooring.( after all, for some reason they live exclusively in one room)

11.10.2013 16:43, Alexandr Zhakov

Because, in this room, there is probably a window through which they fly smile.gif

11.10.2013 17:07, Бояка

Djon, they also fly???)))the window is always closed. tell me, please, where they could come from-there are no trees near the window, can they breed on the balcony? . How do I make sure they don't get knocked up?otherwise, they will always fly to me(

11.10.2013 17:56, Бояка

I looked through all the similar bedbugs - most of all it reminds me of a dirty predator, how do I get rid of it?, what does it do at my house?, where does it live?- I found somewhere that they live in houses with people.. Please help me, I can't sleep at home, I have to go to visit... I read that they also bite very painfully and suffer all sorts of diseases.

Most likely, you just didn't find the third and fourth ones on the first day.
Perhaps some things were brought into the room from the street or from the balcony on the eve of their appearance.
They will not be able to reproduce and live in an apartment.
This is not a dirty predator.

As Vladimir (Okoem) has already written, this is not a mummified predator, but one of the ligeids (groundlings). There are many different ones, this one is similar to, say, Rhyparochromus vulgaris (you can find pictures of it on the Internet). These bedbugs, like some other similar ones, are actively and amicably looking for wintering grounds in the fall. And sometimes they meet in large companies. They do not bite (they are herbivorous - they eat berries and seeds), and they do not harm people in their homes. Most likely, there are quite a lot of them on the street now, and these somehow got into the house and just "decided" that you can get somewhere in your house to hide in a crack and spend the winter there, nothing more.

Black cockroach - Blatta orientalis.
A rarity in modern times, by the way.

Yes, I forgot to write, size 1 mm, climb through the cracks in the oak parquet board and from under the baseboard, we live in an apartment in a monolithic house.

14.10.2013 23:22, Triplaxxx

You and your husband think right!

17.10.2013 13:44, Бояка

okoem, Dima DD Thank you so much!!!! The bug was found after our last conversation only one-in the kitchen. (I still have suspicions that they climbed through the balcony - which unites these two. rooms) Thanks to you, I have become calmer to sleep, and gradually settle in the apartment)))) Thank you again.

Gentlemen entomologists, please tell me what kind of beetles got in the bathroom? Leatherheads or not?

And someone started biting in bed at night. It started after the heating was turned on in the apartment. I live on the 1st floor. The bites are small like, but somehow dumb.

Photo of beetles in the bathroom attached.

check more pea stocks wink.gifmaybe this is a different type, but it doesn't make any sense
to get rid of it - throw all the peas and beans away in the "trash". without a food base, beetles can crawl around the house, but die on windowsills and soon it will all be over tongue.gif

question #2
".."
ticks (from pigeons and rats/mice), fleas (from cats/dogs/rats/mice), bed beetles, but I think you'd understand.
to get rid of it, you need to carry out a comprehensive sanitization (disinsection+deratization) of the basement. write a request (preferably in conjunction with neighbors at the entrance, ideally-all residents of the first floors of the entire house) to the housing department or management Company or HOA, they make an application to the substation. processing of the basement is INCLUDED IN THE PAYMENT FORM AND YOU PAY IT EVERY MONTH (the first line is not specified)!!! they are REQUIRED to produce it constantly, but the warhead is on demand. if these are not bedbugs, then after processing and cleaning the house + processing pets-you will get rid of them beer.gif

Thanks to Elizar and AGG. I've dealt with the one who bites. I have an aquarium with fish at home, in the course of a little mosquitoes divorced after the heating was turned on. I killed a few last night.I'll deal with the grains." Thank you very much)

when moving into the apartment, I found a lot of skins. As I understand it, these are the skins of leatherworm larvae.. no one lived in this apartment for a year. no live beetles have been found yet.. could it be that they left this apartment? these skins are sooo light! when you step on them with your foot, they fly away as if alive.. thought it was bedbugs, tell me who it is all the same? and whether to wait for their return to the already occupied apartment?

Suddenly there were beetles, I saw 7 times in two weeks, in the kitchen and once in the bathroom. 3-6 mm in length, 2-3 in width, teardrop-shaped, the larger the size - the more elongated the shape, wingless, run fast, large ones have a "fork" in the back, like a "tweezer". Dark brown color with a light spot on the back.

One managed to nail down, unfortunately the photo is of poor quality, a light spot is not visible, but it is there.

user posted imageuser posted image

Who is it and how to fight it? Given the fact that there is a small crawling child in the house who licks everything?

You have cockroaches (larva in the photo)," prussians " most likely. Method of fighting: poison. How to do this, look at Yandex.

[quote=Mazdachko, 23.10.2013 04: 42] Kozheedy. They will definitely come-wait.

What makes you so sure they'll come back? Here a year ago was only the husk from the larvae ..

They constantly settle in human dwellings. They fly in from the street through open windows, etc. They will return: I don't think so, but I know smile.gif

Hello,
I can't create a new topic on the forum... Insects in the house.

Dear friends,
Please help us determine what kind of insect we have:
White, nimble, can even crawl on the walls!
Very much in the closet, on clean clothes, especially in children's clothes, if something fell on the floor from the closet (dressing room), then lifting the thing after a night, the whole thing is in large and small nimble insects... Very nasty ones. While you push, they leave a wet spot. White and nasty!!! Please help me get rid of it! They have already appeared both in the bedroom and in the kitchen, in the toilet and in the bathroom. Mostly they like to live in dark places.
Where can you find their nest or how do they breed?

It is difficult, of course, to understand the situation only by the text description, without photos, BUT, judging by all the above, most likely you have hay eaters in your apartment. If so, then the only way to deal with them is to drastically reduce the humidity in the room. In this case, they will die on their own. Based on my personal experience, I also want to note that, alas, it will not be possible to use chemical methods against them. No chemistry takes them. frown.gif

Good evening, everyone. I am on the verge of panic, please tell me this could be an insect larva? I find such "hairy things" all over the apartment and in the closet and on the carpet.

It looks like a greenhouse grasshopper, type in Google and look, otherwise the picture hides the coloring smile.gif

25.10.2013 23:03, Hierophis

So they live in all the apartments?? Or do they somehow smell that they used to live here? If kozheedy once were in the apartment, does this necessarily mean that they will always live there?

Yes, nechigo like that, it's just that someone needs to close the boxes with dry insects betterwink.gif, so if they were once, it doesn't mean anything.

And the centipedes you have in the pictures with mushrooms, I can only say that all belong to two-legged)))

Nejnaya, it seems that everything is much scarier - these are cockroaches Voodoo pupae make lol.gifYour larvae Very different from something insect smile.gif

I agree with Roman. It's not insects in the photo. I suspect that it's actually something inanimate.

Hello!
Small smelly insects appeared in the apartment. Length: 2-3mm. They look like ants. The color is black. They move quite quickly. The body can bend. Small wings are visible. Main feature: if they are disturbed or crushed, they emit a disgusting putrid smell.
First I found them on the windowsill: both the living and the dead. Then from time to time I found it on the walls of the kitchen and even in another room. Not to say that much: I caught about 15-20 pieces so far. But everyone stinks like that... Half a meter away from the" frightened " bug, there is a strong smell of cadaverous rot.
