The easiest way to fight fleas is to find out which animal (or person) they belong to. Further measures to combat fleas should be built on the basis of these considerations.

And where do only such creatures come from in residential premises

23.01.2018 15:46, ArtemMironov

And how to deal with insects? Where do they come from? It seems that there is no unsanitary conditions in the residential premises, cleaning is carried out regularly

The phantoms of your imagination are at war with you, and these bees are absolutely peaceful.

Dear participant, and I'm not talking about bees, I'm talking about these black pests, coming home from work I arrange a slaughter in the rooms, 10-15 pcs per evening, not very pleasant.

And they are not pests at all. You were also told that these are parasitoids of osmias, i.e. they develop in their nests on larvae. Well, they flew out at the wrong time, so they won't do you any harm - they're not interested in you, they don't even see you. After a short time, everyone will simply die from lack of power. Ah, now I understand, you just originally combined bees with murders in one sentence. No, you can't get rid of them without destroying the bees ' nests. But they are completely harmless.

Found on the bed. Who could it be?

09.02.2018 20:11, Necrocephalus

The first 2 are
Rhopalapion longirostrees, and the last is the skin of a leatherworm larva.
Rhopalapion longirostre lives on hollyhocks.
Kozheeds most often live in apartments in dusty corners, under beds, under cabinets, etc.

Thank you. Your help is valuable.

Help. Some insect bites the child. A trace like a nettle burn is painful, after 15 minutes it disappears without a trace. 2 times near on the bed saw toli skrytnik, toli mukoed. But they don't seem to bite. Bites only in the crib and at lunch and at night.

11.02.2018 20:52, ИНО

Elenaelka, watch and take pictures of snapper, otherwise there is no way. In general, the disappearance of traces after 15 is very unusual for blood-sucking insect bites. Maybe it's an allergic reaction to something in bed?

Greetings dear community!
Please help me identify my "neighbors"

Input data:
1) In the room where the repair was started and abandoned (approximately 6 months), two types of insect tracks were found on a fine layer of settled putty along the walls. The exact time of occurrence is unknown.
2) Wooden floors. The space under the boards (10-15cm) is filled with slag.
3) There is a slightly larger number of footprints at the exit to the balcony. According to indirect signs, swifts nest under the floorboards of the balcony - perhaps "neighbors" accompany their vital activity.

Three questions:
Who is it?
How dangerous/safe are they?
What are the possible ways/means of struggle?

Well, you give! These are not the animals of central Russia, which are once or twice out of stock, and all traces are known, there are thousands of possible options, and entomologists are usually not trained to determine species by footprints in the dust, because there is no need. It can be assumed that the wide double-stranded symmetrical track is some relatively large beetle, similar tracks in deserts on dunes are left by blackbirds. A small "single-track" could be laid by anyone.

Good afternoon! Noticed bites on the body, thought just mosquitoes bite..then I began to notice white round crumbs on the body, and if the place on the body itches, then I can grab this point in this place with my fingers. Black hard crumbs appeared on the bed and not only. Today I noticed these dead comrades next to the bed. We have a small child who also has bites...we are afraid for him. Tomorrow I will dichlofosit apartment. Who are these bedbugs? We live in Costa Rica...maybe here, something worse will happen?

Surinamese flour eaters. All dry products should be watched. Flour, cereals, pasta, breadcrumbs, dried fruits and nuts. They don't live outside of these substances. Creeping around the room to crush.

13.02.2018 21:36, Maisik1977

I reviewed all the cereals, where I saw everything, threw it out.they crawl on the floor even in the back room. What to do I don't know yet

In the photo, the beetles are in the center of Aphodius sp. (they develop in manure, they also feed on it), from the edges - someone, I think, from the Drilidae family (as far as I know, they have not been seen feeding on human blood). Both of them fly to the light - so they ended up in your house.

Thank you for calming me down a little! What do you think about white and black crumbs? There are suspicions that these eggs and bedbug fickles...I also often notice small beetles in quite large numbers, when there is food left on the table, they resort, I also noticed that they ate the corpse of another beetle..this also aroused suspicion...I'll take a photo as soon as possible. They also, as I understand it, live in nightstands.

Hello. We moved into a new apartment, and there are these beetles. Pale brown, quite fast, up to 1 mm in size, live in rooms, really like to pile up in the speaker of my smartphone, it's probably warm there. We don't have any skin injuries. Please tell me who it is, what is dangerous and how to deal with it?

Hay eaters, however. Not dangerous.

Good day to all, help me figure out, the photo is not attached ( jpeg extension, size 153 kb, how to attach a photo?). My husband's sister found a small bug, says that it may have bitten her, the bite is like a bruise.
The beetle is small, has a mottled gray and black color, small whiskers. We live in Los Angeles. Thank you.

Good day! Experts, help determine who it is (photo below) found near the baseboard in the bedroom by the bed, and in the meantime, the child seems to be allergic and she often scratches her hands and feet, and it seems to me that sometimes there are some bites, can IT bite the child? The house is new, the apartment is renovated for 2 years and there is no old furniture. And after the discovery, the whole room was treated with a steam cleaner, but they also appeared a day later. Thank you for your answers)

The photo gives more ground for imagination than data for reliable determination. But it seems to be a hay eater (Psocoptera). Google it.
