They look like lice.

19.09.2018 14:22, Victor Titov

Yes, what kind of lice in figs?! Bugs, of course. The photo is extremely uninformative, but most likely, these are synanthropic blackbirds from the genus Tribolium (or something close). Corn, check stocks of "loose" products-cereals, crackers, dried herbs, dried fruits, etc.

isn't there a Surinamese flour eater?

19.09.2018 15:35, Victor Titov

isn't there a Surinamese flour eater?

It's possible. I also considered this option, but when I tried to enlarge the image of the characteristic ribbed-spiked pronotum, I did not see it... However, according to this photo-only guess.

There was no flood? No one flooded you? Leaks and so on? Similar to Latridiidae

19.09.2018 17:34, MolodayaKukuruza

Yes, there was a flood, two or three months ago.

19.09.2018 17:40, Necrocephalus

So it's one. It's from mold. They feed on it. It is useless to fight them - you need to destroy mold in places of leaks.

19.09.2018 17:54, MolodayaKukuruza

Well) Thank you very much. And they are harmful in general, they should be treated?

19.09.2018 18:07, Necrocephalus

No. don't eat them, most importantly.

Hello dear experts in entymology. Please help me identify the insects. we bought an apartment in a new building, and they were already there, while the renovation is underway, my wife wants to get rid of them. These insects jump about 10 centimeters sometimes, very agile, hard to catch in the frame, do not allow the camera to focus. Thank you in advance. Have a nice day, everyone.

Hay eaters. They are safe for people, but can damage old books glued with natural paste (that's why they are also called "book lice").
Try to avoid excessive humidity in the air.

Hello. The apartment was occupied by the named guests. They look like weevils, but I'm not sure what they are. They crawl all over the apartment. I've been fighting them for a month. I found one in the rice, all the cereals were discarded, new cereals, spices, tea, flour, pasta in an airtight container. They don't sit in the kitchen. Migrate throughout the apartment on the walls, ceilings, floor. They don't fly, and sometimes they put their hands on their backs and touch them with their paws. My apartment is constantly on the recommendations of Google, with vinegar. Lavrushka and garlic do not help. Please help me identify it and tell me how to get rid of it? Yesterday I found one in bed, already shaking just.

Sitophilus of some kind, not seen in the photo, maybe oryzae. Check again if there are any forgotten stocks of cereals/grain and if these guys are crawling from the neighbors. If not, then probably exterminate them physically. And then these beetles are "long-playing", and I think you have no desire to wait a year or two until they take a break from old age. Tea / flour/pasta/spices should not be eaten, they do not pose a threat to health (if you do not eat them in large quantities).

Good day! I am asking you for help, because a regular search on the Internet did not bring results.
There were hordes of these tiny beetles at home (near the sink in the kitchen and in the bathroom) (the size of an adult barely reaches 1mm). Because of their size, it wasn't possible to take a normal photo even in macro mode.
In general, help me identify them, and if you don't mind, advise me how to get them out...

The legtails are probably from the Entomobryidae. If you manage to lower the humidity, they will leave by themselves.

Hello, please tell me who it is? Dangerous? Crawling around the house, feeling like it's mostly wood. Gray color, tiny (0.2 mm, or even less). Including in the shelves, but not on things.
Thanks
