Thanks! I've seen larvae, but I've never noticed pupae!
So they misinformed me that it was they who were twisting the leaves) Apparently, they eat there just those who eat leaves.

Leaf twisting is a sure sign of aphid infestation. And the cows just feed on this aphid.

Hello. Help identify the insect. The first time I encountered it was last year at the same time. In the morning, I began to find that red spots appear on the body similar to mosquito bites, several pieces next to each other, terribly itchy and go almost a week. There are no mosquitoes or midges in the apartment. The dermatologist said it was definitely not bedbugs. As a result, I noticed these flies and experimentally (as you can see in the photo) found out that they bite. Barely noticeable or do not feel the bite at all. Within a few days, I passed on everyone and the bites stopped. And here it is again this year.

Fly, 2-3 times smaller than the usual midge (less than a millimeter). They fly both day and night. It is impossible to take a better picture, there is not enough focus, very small ones.

Help me figure it out mol.gif

Hello! Please help me identify the bug bug

There are a lot of them in the apartment, sitting on the curtains, crawling over me and furniture at night. Are they dangerous and what to do with them? I live on the 5th floor of a 5-storey building. There are trees nearby, and pigeons live on top. Thanks!

A couple of years ago, insects appeared in the house, 4 times smaller than ordinary mosquitoes, similar to midges.
Very, very fast, constantly mixed up in flight
, it is almost impossible to catch transparent ones.
Still quite cunning, they watch near the toilet, or under the computer table where they bite their feet.

The bites are very itchy.
Dichlorvos does not affect them, the electric trap does not touch the lamp because it is too small.

Help identify and overcome ((
Here's a picture of one only it is a little darker, maybe blood drunk, still there are more transparent mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

South Kazakhstan, I looked in Google photos of mosquitoes, they look quite different like

18.06.2019 15:50, Necrocephalus

If possible, make a better photo. Based on your meager picture, mosquitoes are the only thing that comes to mind. Yes, and the place goes well.

19.06.2019 21:56, Aleksandr Ermakov

Definitely a mosquito. Google the Latin name (Phlebotominae), and then we have mosquitoes who just do not call.

20.06.2019 10:36, kzm

Thank you very much, I'll try to take a better picture, I can't catch the reptile)
And what is the most effective way to poison them if they are mosquitoes?

20.06.2019 20:04, Necrocephalus

Standard electric mosquito repellent fumigators help. Well, mosquito nets in the subject. Larvae can live in sewage, so make sure your toilet and sink drains are clean on a clean day. What Bari Alibasov drinks.

Good time of day.

Help me identify it. They appeared about a month ago, and they fly very fast. Clung to the entire ceiling, it seems not to bite, but their number is very annoying. Geographically, I live in Rostov-on-Don on the 11th floor. I don't understand where they are coming from, there are grids on the windows. How to fight?

Some small cicadas.

Yes, cicadas, in the light, obviously the grid is too big.

yes, definitely, like phlebotomus. I met this rubbish once only in the Crimea-Koktebel at the end of August. bite terribly painful and barely perceptible.
here, such creatures spread leishmaniasis.
