Please help me identify it.
Is it drevotochets or flour crunch?

ps. I live in a wooden house. Insulated. Outside siding, inside finishing with drywall, etc
. The house is about 10 years old. It was treated with all sorts of antiseptics.
Now these beetles are coming. It's been two or three weeks now.
Or it's a treetop... Although, they have, as I smoked the Internet on the topic, mating games in the summer, and not now.
Or it's a crunch. Which I would be very happy about. With a woodworm, if this is it, you will have to seriously fight..
They climb out from under the wall decoration. They mostly sit on the ceiling until they crash. I destroy 15-20 pieces per day.
There is no flour. Well, maybe about a kilo, in a jar. Clean. But, again, according to articles on the Internet, crushers can eat the corpses of mice and rats. And in the fall(a couple of months ago or a little more) I poisoned these nasty rodents, which for the winter by all means still get into the house. Now I think I've completely destroyed them, but they could have died in the walls..

Please help me recognize the enemy! Very small, not smelly, hang out on the window and sometimes fly to the refrigerator. The window is wooden. We checked all the cereals and everything where something could start up-clean.

Why is it immediately "enemy"? Something chalcidoid, which means-someone's parasitoid, that is, it is quite likely that the real friend smile.gif

Hello. We rented an apartment 4 days ago. I moved their existing sofa to another place, behind it I saw two larvae (or whatever they should be called) crawling, near the baseboard, later I saw a beetle on the wall, on the second day I saw a beetle again on the same wall. We decided to check the sofa, there was a caterpillar behind it again and pupae in it, on the 4th day we found this beetle in the bath(in the bath itself). While they put boric acid under the baseboards and in the sofa, they spread antimol plates around the apartment. I don't know who it is and how to deal with them, I'm afraid that the software spoils our things or even affects the person somehow, we have a small child.

This is the Anthrenus leatherworm

How to deal with them? How high is the probability of problems from them, maybe it's better to move out before it's too late?

Hello! Please tell me what kind of animal I have got. The midge, a rather rigid, elongated body of about 2-3 mm, flies, likes to fly to the monitor screen, is found only in the kitchen, at first there were isolated individuals, but now it feels like they were multiplying. I can't find a place to live. There are seedlings on the window and one orchid bought in the store, since someone started eating seedlings, I think I saw thrips, I treated everything with Alatar and the orchid too, a week passed, like the plants are vigorous, but the leaves continue to dry up. And now this midge is flying. I turn on the fumigator, it doesn't help, personal tape on the window, 4 pieces stuck, but they fly when I turn on the backlight there. Help me, otherwise I'll lose all the seedlings!!! Who is it?

It's some kind of chalcidoid rider, probably eating those who eat your orchid. And you can poison it and glue it to the tape...

Good time of day. Dear forumchane, help to understand what kind of animals settled with us. In the basement of the house there is a chicken coop, they took out bedding(sawdust) from it, stored it in boxes, and after 3 days a pinkish dust appeared around it. Upon careful inspection, it seemed that the dust was alive. An old microscope proved this to be the case. There are hordes of some ticks or something. They reproduce very quickly, in about three days per square meter. Chickens don't scratch, they behave as usual, so I don't think it's a parasite. But I really want to know if this insect is dangerous for people, cats/dogs, birds and how to remove it

23.03.2020 9:19, ИНО

1) A tick is not an insect.
2) No way without a photo. Try taking a picture through a microscope with the lens of a soap dish or smartphone stuck in the eyepiece.

Olesya019283, this is one of the chicken pukhoedov.

These are not pukhoaters, but ticks.

Don't know what kind of creatures?
Unfortunately, there are no photos in the best quality, the photo is taken from the article - https://tengrinews.kz/story/nashestvie-poho...jiteley-398850/
They also write in the article that it is possible that black worms are kivsyaki, but it seems to me that they are not similar.

This, apparently, is an equal-legged crustacean-a water donkey. It is not dangerous for humans.

Who could it be?

Good afternoon!

In general, there were unidentified neighbors, the place of concentration is covered with wood and insulated balcony, quite a lot (if you look closely at 1 m2 there are up to 2-3 individuals), but a certain focus of concentration (nest) is not visible, I also began to notice them in the apartment, apparently we carry them.
They don't seem to bite, but my wife and I are already all scratching on our nerves, it always seems that they are crawling on us...
The size is less than 1 mm, they move quickly-comparable to ants, and therefore it was very difficult to photograph.
Help us recognize it and get rid of it.

Gamase mites, from birds. In principle, they can taste your blood. I recommend destroying the bird nests next to the balcony. You can treat the balcony with any concentrate of an emulsion based on pyrethroids - they are not resistant.

Thank you. I thought so. A slightly different color confused, but in appearance I thought that he was an infection....
And one more question. A fairly powerful ozonizer is coming soon.
Can he help me fight this infection?

Good afternoon!

A couple of weeks ago, in the apartment (in the room and in the kitchen), I began to notice small insects, mainly on the floor and one copy at a time. A couple of days later, I saw that about a bowl of dog food of their pieces 4 + a couple when I got out from under the baseboard. I thought it was a flour eater - I went through and threw away the stocks of cereals and spices, washed the cabinets (which is strange - I didn't find any such "neighbor"in the cereals, flour, and cabinets themselves). I checked the dog food-clean. But they don't disappear. Yesterday I "caught" one in the dishes in the sink-photo attached. Today I found two more in the dishes and one each on the shelf with books and in the wardrobe with clothes.

Can you help me determine if this is a flour eater? And if so, where else can it be, given that everything has already been sorted out? frown.gif

suriname flour eater yes.gifAll food stocks checked? For example, there are no "stocks" under the baseboard? if they climb out of there... Or from neighbors, if there are cracks there. Another option is vent channels...

Thank you so much for your reply!
The fact is that all the stocks were checked, and the doubtful ones (in which there was nothing, but the expiration date was coming to an end) were mercilessly thrown frown.gifout And there were no corpses or signs of damage, i.e. they are now crawling on surfaces.
If they are behind the baseboard, I can't even imagine what to do - they are breeding there and will soon get to food? mol.gif
The idea that they can also come through ventilation makes you want to sell the apartment lol.gif

And again, news from the realm of entomophobia. These are flour eaters, not human smile.gifeaters Keep food in closed containers and let them run around until they die. And those in the dog bowl, consider natural top dressing smile.gif
