Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species

  • The forewings are grey-brown, becoming lighter towards the base. Both transverse lines are black in color, at the front edge they expand and turn into spots. The wavy line is indistinct, gray in color with dark edging; the reniform spot contains a black nucleus. The hindwings are yellow, with a narrow black median band and a broad band near the outer edge of the wing. [85].
