This is most relevant for us, because at night and in the morning we can have sub-zero temperatures, and in the afternoon +20 on the street and +40 in a closed greenhouse. In order for early fruiting to go on without interruptions, you need to live near the greenhouse and maintain the temperature regime.
Electricity is not an assistant here, because this morning I found the switch turned off again.
As a result, I will plant bushy bee-pollinated cucumbers in the greenhouse, they are more compact. On one side of the greenhouse, the door to the entire greenhouse will always be open to pollinators, and on the north side it will always be closed.
Polycarbonate in this case simply eliminates the constant replacement of the film. If you put the heating on and close the doors and windows, then the condensate will destroy the wooden greenhouse covered with polycarbonate sooooooooo quickly.
By the way, it is the bees that do not pollinate cucumbers. Exclusively bumblebees!!
