Thanks!
I looked and looked at her, and at first I thought so, too, and then Chet started laughing. They are too changeable...
Apparently, after all, it is.

Tell me, by the appearance of the larva of hemerob (or hemeroby ?) from the larva of the golden-eyed how to distinguish. For example, in the attached photos, who is it ? Moscow region.

Apparently, yes, the color scheme is typical. Somehow I don't see any other similar variants in the local fauna, despite all their variability.

If we talk about what they look like, they remind me of young people:
1 - Orthosia incerta

3-Lacanobia aliena, contigua
4-Xestia triangulum, c-nigrum
and there-who knows them...

Maybe blackhole will tell you something...

Thank you for the definition. Interestingly, the swan scoop Trachea atriplicis eats prickly bodyak, and the cotton scoop Helicoverpa armigera calmly eats poisonous henbane. And the goose of the milkweed cocoonworm Malacosoma castrensis was caught on a very dry sandy slope, where, as it seems to me, milkweed in principle can not be. So believe the Russian names of butterflies after that! smile.gif

I recognize only Latin and scientific observations, Russian names, it's not about anything at all. This is just folklore, myths and legends of ancient times far away smile.gif
