Good day! The question is: several packs of black triples are rusted - can they be somehow restored/cleaned or not worth bothering?

12.10.2013 19:01, Sergey Pushkin

You can try to remove keratin, if available, or sandpaper 00-if the rust has not penetrated deep

Fellow citizens!
No one needs entomological pins (Czech, Entosfinks)?
200 rub. per pack (100 pcs) of black, 230 rub. - stainless steel

03.07.2015 14:24, DGT.

Someone uses old Soviet clubs, like quality and so on, just one pensionary entomologist has more than 3 hundred and he wants to give them away is it worth cluttering up a precious place ????

03.07.2015 18:08, AGG

I still have the Soviet No. 3 "hooks", No. 1 "hooks" and "heads" - sometimes I use them - everything is fine. however, at the moment when they got to me, I wiped them with engine oil and store them in tracing paper. and if you are talking about rust, then it appears on any super-duper-firm-gilded pins, at a certain humidity wink.gif

Dear friends!!!
Moldovan science is in danger. The process of mounting and identifying beetles in this part of Europa has completely stopped. No entomological pins. The state budget for 2016 approved yesterday by the Moldovan parliament has a deficit of 4 billion rubles. lei. Therefore, the cost of pins has been cut down to the very ... there are no pins, comrades, and it is not expected. And all you need is a minimum set of three numbers: # 00, # 1 and #3. One pack of each issue. Or even more minimal set: #0 and #2. Or any mixed version. In short, comrades, we really need pins.
I'll buy it in Moscow, 300 rubles per pack, money on delivery.
Write, comrades, to email! mol.gif

09.06.2016 20:44, Peter Khramov

Duc, for 300 you can just take it in entomon, probably... Especially since you don't need delivery.

Need black pins # 2 I'll take 10 packs. I would like it to be cheaper than in Entomon. Who has it?

23.07.2016 21:32, O.Pak

There are "Chiko-pins" (Chikolovets) for 200 rubles. and the usual Czech for 230.
Sending by regular mail from Donetsk now seems to be possible,
although not cheap - only registered parcels, no simple parcels.
I can also bring it to the fair to order, of course.

Oleg, will they be available at the fair?

Tell me, do these pins differ from entosphinx in any way, except for the packaging?

Yes, they differ - as for me, the enamel coating is slightly worse (not so smooth).
I will bring a certain amount to the fair-surplus, because I don't sell pins specifically.

19.08.2016 13:05, Peter Khramov

Gentlemen, I am interested in your opinion: what shape of the "hook" is best suited for an entomological pin and what size of this "hook" should be (see the picture below)?

1 — No hooks at all (like Shiga's).
2-Rounded hook (so that it does not cling), protruding on both sides of the pin.
3 — The usual hook (like Soviet pins).
4-Rounded hook (so as not to cling), protruding on one side of the pin.

And what size (diameter) hook would you prefer?

I hope the picture is more or less clear, I drew it with the mouse in Paint :--)

If you can't find anywhere faster or cheaper, then delivery from Naturalist it will take a little more than a week to get to Tuapse by courier (preneset at your address, pay to him upon receipt), and the money will be about 480 rubles.

How can one end be on both sides?
Soviet hooks, almost always pressed to the pin, option 4.
