For the sake of such a case, I climbed into the archive and found a couple more pictures of this butterfly, it's a pity I didn't take it with me, but only photographed it.

Please help me deal with this glass case. It was caught on 22.05.2010 in the Chekhov district of the Moscow region. It seems to me that this is Synanthedon soffneri, but there are doubts.

Don't do me any favors. If you don't want to, don't define it. However, thanks for the definition.

About the first (in the title post of the topic is the same) I agree with Vlad: http://molbiol.ru/forums/index.php?showtop...dpost&p=1118807 this is Pennisetia hylaeiformis Laspeyres, 1801, but with the rest you need to wait.

And how can you make them? In my opinion-only buy.

The first image is defined correctly! The second and third are very interesting!! The butterfly is similar to the male Synanthedom mesiaeformis (Herrich-Schaeffer, 1846), but with minor differences. In addition, this view is not marked in the Moscow region! Can you view a natural specimen, for example, at the next meeting of an Entomological seminar?

And how can you make them? In my opinion-only buy.

Pheromones can be made, but this is very troublesome and requires chemical weapons. Equipment, skills, etc. I always buy them in the Netherlands. Long-term use has shown that their attractiveness depends on the year of manufacture. This is understandable, since these substances are very complex and require very careful synthesis.

It is similar to Chamaesphecia bibioniformis (Esper, 1800), but we are waiting for an expert opinion on this group!

I would like to, but I don't think so)according to the catalog (Blue), this species is not even close to the Urals (however, as well as the genus as a whole). It is indicated for the Chamaesphecia astatiformis region, but it has completely different abdominal rings)

Yes, interesting stuff! We'll have to take a closer look. Perhaps it is Ctenuchidae or Syntomidae.

From this angle and in this focus, it is very difficult to say anything concrete. I will immediately determine the "live" material!

I once observed mating in the Kharkiv region, in the vicinity of old Poplars, thought wasps.

The first time I saw a glass jar as a child barogiruyuschuyu over some bush, now I can't remember what. I see that it's not a wasp but I don't dare to catch wink.gifit
