Thanks! Apparently, such? http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psyllipsocidae
Indeed, there are a lot of topics about them - but how to get rid of them? Not that they interfere, but strange objects moving on a white wall look very unpleasant

21.11.2012 16:06, nikittokkk

I don't think you need to get rid of it. Nothing harmful, ordinary residents of houses. But if they really interfere, then look on the Internet. But, like, they like the dampness, so it is necessary to fight it.

Here's another dead one (below) and a discarded skin (above).
[attachmentid()=157408]

Young individuals are darker.

They move quite quickly, but stop periodically.

I still don't understand, you found out what kind of animals they are, and most importantly how not to fight

They answered you right away:
It appears to be the larva of a beetle from the genus Attagenus.

The beetles themselves were brown and flying.

These are the larvae of skin-eating beetles (family Dermestidae): http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kozheedy

Good afternoon.
About a month ago, flying insects began to appear in the apartment, with a frequency of 2-3 pieces per day. They sit motionless, most often on the ceiling, sometimes on the top of the wall. They only take off when you scare them off. It flies randomly, about like a moth and not for long, 2-4 seconds and then sits down again. It measures about 2 centimeters in length. They're all exactly the same. They've already searched everything in the apartment, and it's not clear where they're coming from.
Please help me identify the insect and where it is most likely to find the source of their appearance.
Thank you in advance.

good evening, please tell me. We moved to a new apartment, at night the feeling that someone is crawling on the body, but nothing itches and there seem to be no bite marks, I found a couple of black dots on the sheets, I took it on my finger - it doesn't look like insects...all the bedding was shaken up-washed-steamed, but the feeling remained, maybe it's some ticks or fleas? Thank you in advance)

They found such a guest in the bathroom.

Greenhouse grasshopper (Tachycines asynamorus). It becomes a frequent inhabitant of warm and humid basements and similar premises.

Thank you.

Started up in the bathroom. His wife is afraid of him. smile.gif
But she herself took pictures from far away under the bathroom with zoom.

What should I do with it? Or let him live until the cat catches him? smile.gif

Hello everyone.
Please tell me who I found in my bathroom on the floor. They are very small-less than a millimeter. Transparent ones. They run around.
Here is a photo of two specimens under a microscope.

In the first two (out of four) photos, it looks like a crushed hay eater, and in the third and fourth-a tick.

insects in the house In different places In the apartment, literally EVERYWHERE I find small black insects, with wings, a long double sting (just like antennae, directed in one direction), and yellow squiggles on the sides... WHO IS IT anyway??? And what should I do? the cat doesn't even eat them! She is a predator, kills all insects, but is afraid of these, even though they are small(the size of a small fly). Please help me!picture: IMG_0008.jpgpicture: IMG_0009.jpg

Most likely leatherhead Attagenus

Similar to Porcellio scaber

Neither a beetle nor a millipede, but a land crustacean - a woodlouse.

So all the same, gentlemen, what is it? The description is very similar to what we have - they run fast, live in the closet, in the cracks of the parquet floor.
And, most importantly, how to deal with it?

Thanks

For some reason, the native photo was not inserted.

Sorry for being stupid

And yet - no other beetles were noticed. Well, if you think that these are larvae, then there must be beetles. I suppose so...

Leatherworm larvae...
Search for control measures on the forum - it gets boring to write 2000 times. There may not be any beetles yet, but they will appear soon. Look at the windows...
