In parallel with "Egorus" in the north

of the region, we caught with "Shustov"
Ukraine, Zaporozhye, 27.10. from 18.30 to 22.00.We did not go far, because according to the forecast it was raining, we caught on the outskirts of the city. In terms of novelty, our fishing is clearly inferior to "Egorus" - it has two new types of scoops for the region: Muthimna unipuncta and Agrochola lota.
The number of species is almost the same, there are more than two dozen species of scoops on two screens.
Here's what we had:

Diloba caeruleocephala, declining, less than a dozen
Amphipyra livida, one

Caradrina clavipalpis, alone, came to this species, where there can be no other.
Agrochola circellaris, the most widespread species

Yesterday, 30.10.2010 I went fishing on the light.I didn't have any late-autumn views yet, so I decided to go fishing after all. I didn't finish my business until 18: 00,so I didn't go far.Went out of the city-village.Concha-Zaspa, mixed forest, near a swamp with a lake. Caught from 19.00 to 22.00. It was more or less warm-at the beginning of 10 degrees .The year is very good for this time of year.As soon as I turned on the lamp, males of P. populi ( I caught a male with white wings - f.albescens )and P. plumigera flew - the latter in mass, more than 50 specimens.(males).After 20.00-years almost stopped, but began to arrive female populi and plumigera.
In general, the end of the season was successful.
I wish you all good fishing in the remaining warm days, and in winter do not lose heart - it is short)))

30.10 decided to go south. with the hope of catching something new. since the forecast was not good anywhere, we chose the Mykolaiv region.Trikraty (Buzhsky Gard), at the beginning of September, I and Kostyuk had a good catch there. Lit up at 18-00, the flight started in half an hour at 20-00 as cut off, very cold on the ground frost, the weather was worse than forecast. I didn't want to freeze and after an hour we were already in Kyiv_400 + km.
The result is that there are very few scoops and in addition to macilents in one specimen-Agrotis segetum & ipsilon, Agrochola macilenta&helvola, A. sphinx and Dasypolia templi - this is of course luck, but it did not come to me.
Moths-there are quite a lot of them,alzophilus took as many as he wanted-A. aceraria, E. defoliaria (I couldn't stand one very bright and large one and spread it out) and A. bajaria(there were only 4 of them, I never saw them near Kiev and this was one of the goals. But I was unlucky again, but Sergey Damone shared, there were three of them in it)

At the same time, I broke down for a long time, saying that it was not a royal business to catch fish in the center of Kiev, but Zhbankov still drove me to go there. Caught from 17.00 to 19.00 on the DRV 250. With the weather was lucky +15 and almost no wind. With butterflies, as for the city center, it's quite decent: at first Poecilocampa populi flew quite thickly, but they flew away quickly. A little later, Ptilophora plumigera in the assortment, these could be taken as much as necessary and what you need. Scoops and moths also occurred. Not sensational, but nice. However, Populi and Plumiger in Kiev were pleased.
