These look like male and female.

22.10.2011 23:43, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10913

Imho, badly worn-out Ochlodes sylvanus. Look at its right antenna which curved end is so typical for Ochlodes sylvanus.

21.10.2011 18:18, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10937

The author of the photo identified the species right, that's Diloba caeruleocephala.

Aleimma loeflingiana, the pattern is very reduced but it's on an oak tree :)

17.10.2011 18:10, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10885

Nomophila noctuella.

17.10.2011 16:36, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10887

Macroglossum stellatarum.

16.10.2011 3:36, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #9604

Identified right, male.

15.10.2011 17:27, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10872

The pupa. Sure, this is a cocoon with a pupa inside. But I don't think cocoons have to be divided in a separate group.

12.10.2011 19:42, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10034

Ought to be moved, species identified right.

11.10.2011 0:26, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10841

Seems, both photos are better to be moved to uncertain pallens.:)

10.10.2011 23:07, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10844

This is not Sedina buettneri. That's Mythimna and rather pallens. The flight period differs both as the butterfly.

09.10.2011 15:45, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10533

Same as #10532 shot: Epirrita autumnata.

09.10.2011 15:45, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10533

Same as

Identified.

29.09.2011 16:52, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10765

Andrej, you may be right when trying to identify what Cydia species it is. I didn't check out Pammene. Lots of misfits suit :). Petr, might be moved to Pammene.

28.09.2011 18:09, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10765

Cydia succedana, but "uncertain". There are few species of similar color belonged to this genus, one photo is not enough to identify it surely.

25.09.2011 23:07, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10744

Aleimma loeflingiana.

25.09.2011 12:20, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #6153

Rather Lathronympha strigana, Vitaly's got such shot enough. :)

25.09.2011 12:07, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #6153

The species is identified wrongly, this is not Lobesia artemisiana but Eucosma, maybe, balatonana.

25.09.2011 0:52, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10735

Antoculeora locuples.

Approve the author's identifying.

13.09.2011 23:18, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #4634

That's right, can't be anything else.

13.09.2011 23:14, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #4391

13.09.2011 20:51, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10660

Compared. :) And you look at this butterfly: http://lepidoptera.ru/gallery/7791/.

13.09.2011 17:45, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10660

If it's Argynnis paphia female? Hardly passes as Brenthis daphne.

04.09.2011 19:49, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10506

To identified. There is the same butterfly at macroclub.ru, Allophyes oxyacanthae 100% sure.

04.09.2011 18:16, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10506

This is most probably Allophyes oxyacanthae. Side angle sucks.

01.09.2011 14:02, Alexandr Zhakov: comment on photo #10408

Mythimna ferrago.
