How lazy we are, after all. Well, without a forum, how did people manage before?
Here is a link to a separate forum topic dedicated to the most complete databases of insect images.

I get the impression that most people who post photos for identification don't even want to strain a little and work on their own, defining the views.
I'll be honest, I'm not so interested, I'm interested myself.

Sincerely

I took a lot of photos in Orekhovo-Zuyevsky district. For starters, diaries and a couple of the most interesting views.

3-5. P.argus
6. Female L. hippothoe. By 90 percent. An undergarment would be more relevant.
7. Boarmia, apparently roboraria

To Raptor:
1. Phalera bucephala
2. Yes, odorous
3. Chelis maculosa

I find it difficult with usach. It is 23-30 mm long. They are found in a decent number of umbrella plants with a thick stem.I didn't meet him before for some reason.

Apparently musky-Aromia moschata. Just what did he lose in the butterflies?smile.gif

Could it be Pheosia rimosa?

Could it be Pheosia rimosa?

You are probably right-it is very similar and seems to be marked in transbaikal

03.07.2008 9:40, Grigory Grigoryev

I want to say that for all the times of fishing in Siberia, Pheosia rimosa

03.07.2008 10:20, svm2

The crested bird in the photo shows signs of both tremula and gnoma(more than the second one), which is typical for rimosa( after assuming Morozzza, I found images on the Internet, since I don't know Siberian ones). As for "I never came across" -for example, for more than 30 years I have never flown to the world of I. calvaria, and 27.05 arrived-this does not mean that it was not in the center of Ukraine. In addition, in the collection here it is marked and even somewhere I have seen it marked in the Chita region
