Well done guys!!! immediately called, all decided that the replacement is on the way!
the main thing is that there is an open dialog. I understand that at your speed, these 2000 needles -yes, fuck them, but no! everything was discussed, resolved and everyone is happy.
Sometimes there is a mess in one batch, sometimes a joint in a pack, but everything is solved and you have decided.
Thanks! I'm with you!!! And I recommend it to everyone!
ps I'm watching you wink.gif

By the way, yes. Usually we don't bother too much about the packaging that contains Czech pins, but after a conversation with Roman, we collected pins from four different packages (from four Czech sellers) and photographed the sharpener and balls. Here's what happened:

user posted image

From top to bottom: 1) Sphinx 2) Costal 3) Kaborek 4) Crisis.

Those. and the truth is that different sellers have sharpening and balls slightly different from each other.

If it is important to you that the pins are Sphinx or, conversely, some other manufacturer such as Kaborek and Co., please indicate this when placing an order. We haven't had any references to Entosfinks in the performance characteristics of these products for a long time, but this pre-war photo with the packaging really needs to be changed so that people don't get confused once again.

Asar, could you specify the weight and dimensions when describing products on the site? It's certainly about something big-nets, traps, bags...

To begin with, we posted data for boxes and straighteners. Gradually, we will add others. And for some traps/nets, etc., this data has long been in the text of their description.

Good afternoon!
Sorry, I understand that I'm being stupid, but I'm not a young person and I have problems buying goods online.
Regarding pins, how do I buy them if I'm in St. Petersburg? Purely technically, step-by-step.
And are there any restrictions on the purchase size? I need only 6, maximum 7 packs.

I also recently took pins from you, according to the photo I thought it would be a Sphinx, but the Chrysises came. Fortunately, for my purposes, at the moment, quality and manufacturer do not play a fundamental role.
However, I would like to know whose pins are in the photo?
I assume Entochrisis is downstairs." And the others?
Sincerely,
Boris

Alexey, you can buy it like this:
1st option: just call 8-800-775-60-95 (toll-free intercity from any Russian phone number), and we will place an order by phone.
Option 2: if you want to place your order on the site:
2.1. On the site, go to the product page (for example, http://naturaliste.ru/catalog/1004 for black pins #1) and click "Add to Cart". If you need more than 1 package of this number, then before clicking the "Add to cart" button, change the "1" in the window to the left of this button to the quantity you need.
2.2. Go to the pages of other products and do the same.
2.3. After you have gone through all the necessary products, click on "Shopping Cart" (this link is located at the top right of any page on the site).
2.4. On the page that opens, check the order composition. If necessary, delete extra products (click "Delete" next to the desired product) or change its quantity (the number in the window opposite the desired product) and click"Update". If you are satisfied with the order composition, click the "Place an order" button at the bottom right under the list of selected products.
2.5. On the next page, enter the data in the fields. Basic / required — Name and Phone Number. If possible, you can immediately enter the delivery address, Email address, and other information in the appropriate fields. But this is optional, and only the name and phone number are required.
2.6. Click "Send order" at the bottom of the page.
2.7. If you left an Email address, you will immediately receive an automatic order confirmation.
2.8. After some time (depends on when you left the order (day/night)) we call you back and agree on the delivery option that is most convenient for you.
2.9. Pay for the order when it is received (prepayment is not required).
In Saint Petersburg, delivery is available by courier (everything will be delivered to your home) or to the pick-up point (you will come to the point and pick up the order yourself).
There are no restrictions on the order volume — you can order at least one упаковку.
РЅ. If something doesn't work out or you have any questions, just call us at 8-800-775-60-95 or, if for some reason you don't want to use the toll — free line, then call the Moscow number +7 495 255-00-95. You can call any day from 10 to 22, but now we are in quarantine a little relaxed, so all other things being equal, it is better from 11 to 20 :--)
Or you can leave your number in private messages here on Molbiol, or send it to the email address indicated on our website, and we will call you back.

Yes, Boris, of course. I added a list below the photo.

2) I don't remember the name, but these are the entomological spendliks that used to be sold at the exhibition in blue packs with a sailboat

Not KOSTAL case?

30.04.2020 18:38, Peter Khramov

Denis, for the life of me, I don't remember. It seems to me that there might not have been a brand on the package at all.
P.S. Roman, it seems that you had a corner of some blue bundle on the photo of the pin that you sent. Maybe it is?

01.05.2020 0:00, Mantispid

At the fair, KOSTAL pins were sold in blue bundles with a sailboat. Not bad, but they seem to have a higher marriage rate than the sphinx.

02.05.2020 15:18, Peter Khramov

I asked them to find a pack and look at the name, but there is no brand name on the front side, and I found it on the back — Denis and Ilya said everything correctly, this is Kostal. Now I will add pictures to my message.

06.05.2020 2:43, ИНО

What is marriage? I used a lot of them, never noticed anything criminal.

07.05.2020 20:54, Peter Khramov

There is no marriage, there is a different sharpening (compared to the sphinx, see the picture above).

17.05.2020 13:58, алекс 2611

I received an order with pins. Thank you.
I immediately checked on a bee that turned up - there seem to be no quality problems.

16.11.2020 20:06, Peter Khramov

Meanwhile, we again deliver not only in Russia, but also to other countries (both the former USSR and the Far East).

17.02.2021 22:29, Peter Khramov

We make things for botanists too: botanical presses, herbarium folders, pencil cases for seeds.

We are starting to make our own FOLDING hoops (fixed ones were there before). The design is almost like that of an Entosphinx, but, unlike it, the entire hoop is completely (including small parts) made of stainless steel. In December, we will make pictures and post detailed information on the site. In this regard, there will be a couple of special offers for Molbiol users in December:

A) New hoops at symbolic prices with the condition of an honest review based on the results of use.
B) We will sell the remaining Entosphinx hoops at reduced prices.

Our stainless folding hoops come with an M6 screw, so they are compatible with both our M6 compound handles and Czech Entosphinx handles.

Less than a year has passed, and the pictures of hoops are already ready! Completely made of stainless steel, including bolts/rivets. Now there are still 2 pieces of 40 and 50 cm diameters left for testing. Conditions: we issue new hoops for testing for free to Naturalist clients and / or honored users of Molbiol and/or Insecta — who are going to hot countries in February/March / April. You will be charged for a review upon your return.
If you are going to countries that you haven't earned yet, please write to us and we will issue them for a fee, but at a big discount.
The hoops are compatible with the M6 handles of Naturalist and the M6 handles of Entosfinks and Co.

Less than a year has passed.
The site has been repaired and is working again.
And if you now see a stub, either it opens from your cache (try completely reloading the page (NOT just F5, but Ctrl+F5), or your provider has not yet received information about changing NS, in which case you just need to wait (up to several hours).

In connection with the transition to our new stainless steel folding hoops, we will sell Czech M6 hoops at low prices at the exhibition:

Diameter 30 cm — 1200 rubles.
Diameter 35 cm — 1300 rubles.
Diameter 40 cm — 1400 rubles.
Diameter 50 cm — 1700 rubles.

Plus, there are a few Czech hoops with irregular (not quite round shape), they will go even cheaper:

Diameter 32 cm — 500 rubles.
Diameter 37 cm — 550 rubles.

Fly in, it became cheaper, it was a ruble, it became two!

Another approach to the production of domestic dies. Again interesting reviews. The current version of Naturaliste dies has the following differences from Sphinx:
1. Other cardboard. Here you need to feel-for the taste and color.
1.1. From those changes that can be described in words and transferred to the photo-the end of the die is beige, not white. This is exactly the end face (fractions of mm), and not the front/back side.
1.2. The dies have a very small (compared to the Sphinx) rounding of the corners. Since its appearance, it is almost absent, but it is quite enough to ensure that the corners are not shaggy. That is, the difference is visual.

We offer free packaging of any size to users of Molbiol for a review. The review should not be laudatory, but as honest as possible — what you like, what you don't like. You can leave a review on our website, on Molbiol, or just by phone / email.
In addition, at the October exhibition, we will offer these dies with exhibition discounts, where they can be felt before making a purchase decision.

There are currently 16 types/sizes available:
Triangular whites — T11x5, T13x8.
Rectangular white — 8x4, 11x5, 11x8, 12x5, 12x6, 13x8, 14x6, 16x8, 17x9, 20x12, 25x10, 33x10, 41x16, 45x16.

To get free samples, write to the BOS on Molbiol or specify your nickname on Molbiol in the note when ordering on the site https://naturaliste.ru.

I'll post photos later.

Exchange of entomological literature for ent equipment and supplies

If you have books/magazines on entomological topics and would like to exchange them for something from the Naturaliste store's assortment, instead of buying entomological supplies for money-write/call, this option is quite possible.

I am posting a list of literature that we have in stock, but for which there are doubts that we will take it to the exhibition-fair in Moscow on October 21-21. If you are interested in something from this list, and it will be convenient for you to pay for / pick up the book at the exhibition-write to the BOS or call the phone, we will bring it to the exhibition. The price at the exhibition will also be lower than in the store (see basic prices and descriptions with photos). follow the links below):
