This is all we can find in the ETR, and in the Republic of Belarus, in November, the fees are steeper and more diverse, for example, I also search different places and biotopes here-I look for narrow-local species - everything is the same, miracles have not happened yet... rolleyes.gif

Yes, that there is November, you give a report for December!

25.12.2015 13:58, Maksim M.

All those who spend the winter in, for example, brown rot logs, have not gone anywhere and it will be until May-the month, so that for the non-lazy season continues, and rare species will definitely be found!!!

25.12.2015 14:07, ИНО

So the point is that in the European part of the Russian Federation and Ukraine, many people no longer winter in, but quite actively meet the spring. Vaughn, in Moscow ephemeroids have bloomed in different poses, and in the Europahs, in addition to the fact that cherries have bloomed, tomatoes also continue to bear fruit. Although, it seems like winter is coming again. Yesterday we had +10, the sun was breaking through, flies were flying and ladybirds were running everywhere, and today it's already +1 and midday twilight.

25.12.2015 19:54, okoem

Yesterday I was in the vicinity of Koktebel-sunny, quiet, +22. I don't remember such warm weather at the end of December. Dragonflies Sympetrum sp. flew, fillies galloped, there was a leaf beetle Chrysolina gypsophilae, but there were no butterflies, except for some moth-like ones that flew out a couple of times (casanella? xylostella?).

I have already seen a day butterfly in Kherson region, Kakhovka, Pieris rapae or napi! It fluttered over the highway!

And we have snowfall and minus four

28.12.2015 18:35, ИНО

Soon it will be like this everywhere, and -4 is just the beginning. Still, at the end of December, I remembered that it is a winter month.

Today in the steppe (sunny, quiet, +13 in the shade) I saw a couple of large nymphalids. I couldn't make out what they were, but they were probably burdocks.

Lucky You.

16.02.2016 17:31, ИНО

It seems that today the Donbass finally beat the Crimea (in a good sense of the word) - we already had +16, and in Balki, probably more. I also saw two nymphalids, either polychloros or xanthomelas, take off unexpectedly and were gone before I could really see them. It's not just a species, I would never have identified the genus, if I hadn't already known from past experience that polychrome plants usually fly out in that place in the early spring and fly in this way. There were also wasps, ants, scout beetles, a lot of ladybirds, flying spiders and many other things. I don't say anything about flies at all. Photos of some of them, when I rake them out, I'll post them in the topic "Winter insects".

But according to the forecast, this premature spring should end soon (including in the Crimea), and the dull swinging of the thermometer around zero will begin again.

Ezox is already a meteorologist)) There is nothing to compose, until the weekend everything will be fine, not like now, but it will go, and maybe if by the weekend a couple of days in the morning it will be approx. 0C, then it's not terrible, and then from Monday it will be hot again.
And in Krymia it was an honest +20, in the wind shadow, just in the area of Karadag. We were up to +18.

And we already have a spring triad - that's when these appear, then yes, it's all spring jump.gif

What's that got to do with me? On the SFS, your favorite penalty, it shows FROST right up to the 22nd. Although, of course, he lies with terrible force and changes his shoes at the speed of sound. For example, about atmospheric precipitation, my mother's joints are 100 times more accurate within 1 day. So anything can happen.

And now the season is open, 18.00 Domakha tract, Right bank of the Dnieper river in the city. at first, several flying butterflies in the headlights were not identified and caught, leaving the car and armed with flashlights, went through the bushes and here the males of Alsophila aescularia flew out in quite a large number, no longer wintering, but early spring butterflies.

Taking advantage of the warm weather, in the evening I went out to the steppe with a flashlight: On the grasses in the mass of caterpillars, the scoop Aporophyla, Xestia, Mythimna, Noctua (?); single caterpillars of moth. Ophion riders also fly here.

Triplaxxx, forgive me generously, but pan imposed "constructive criticism" on my topic today, and I answered him: there is no evolution, the development of "nosey" and shooting techniques is stagnating. It seems, and not even offtop, because it directly concerns the topic of the topic and the user's post.

Good day to all time of day! I was today (07.03.2016) on the bank of the Dnieper-Bug estuary in the Kherson region, from the village of Sofiyivka to the village of Kizomys. Last time I went west, where there are big steeps, this time I decided to go east. There are not many karst processes here.

The weather was fine today, even hot, although a strong wind was blowing. At first, I visited one Sofiyevskaya gully, where I expected to see many rare flowers, but there, as on the rest of the coast, only 2 types of goose onions are blooming (and it's good that 2), and even chistyak is blooming with might and main. There were also a lot of animals: beetles climbed, bees and flies flew, a bear, and some butterflies. Of the daytime butterflies, I met 6-7 thistles, quite fresh. When I was walking on dry grass, a couple of nocturnal ones flew out, either scoops or moths, but they did not allow themselves to be photographed and flew off to nowhere.

Unlike our other steppes, there are many remains of such plants with maroon leaves (as I already guessed - some kind of kermek).
picture: IMG_1899.JPG

At the bottom of this cliff, many, many, many Amata sp caterpillars have gathered.
picture: IMG_1874.JPG

Of course, it is convenient for insects to bask on such slopes, and there is less wind near them.

And these are the views that open up to the eye as you move east. Maybe Zegris eupheme lives here somewhere...

It's a good hike, but it's better not to go to Limantz - I've never even seen crocuses there. But the beam that is near that Sofiyevka needed to climb around the perimeter, since it is not very large only about 10 km the entire perimeter. But there might have been crocuses and frogs.
We also had burdocks, and there are a lot of cabbage moths, like this, and now I have full windows of moths at home smile.gif

Yes, it's hard in those parts with the beams.. they are all small and squeezed between the fields and between the dachas of some kind. There is only the desert rules, but there is nothing to go there yet..
Go here already, here you will definitely find brandushki )))

08.03.2016 0:43, ИНО

Small size and tightness between fields do not affect the presence of crocuses in beams in any way.

Small size and tightness between fields do not affect the presence of crocuses in the beams.

And again .. do not affect umnik.gif

Well, here you can probably believe Ezox, we politely do not ask how many small and squeezed, and large and pressed beams he came from, we just admit that yes, in the Ezox small beam that winds between dachas, cities and factories, there are crocuses, and even peonies, but for some reason there are no spring adonis, rindera, clematis, hyacinths, hyacinthella, saone, brandushek, and many other things that are available in large gullies remote from the charms of civilization..

08.03.2016 3:16, ИНО

08.03.2016 9:48, Hierophis

Ezox, enough lyalyalakat, all the listed plants are not that "in the region" and in the gullies near Donetsk, where I saw pictures and stories about them, you just need not tryndet, and go and study this very "nature of the surroundings of Donetsk".

How many beams did you compare before making a conclusion about the impact of their size on the occurrence of crocuses there? Not at all(because you can't compare a single beam in the city with itself)? That's what the "being" is, and you don't say "specifically", but only blah blah blah umnik.gif

08.03.2016 17:39, Чегар

Let me interrupt you.
The season is open. While in the city, but soon it will come to the beams. Today, at my mother-in-law's doorstep, the first new species of staphylin Nudobius lentus was discovered and caught this year.
.. which later turned out to be Gauropterus fulgidus. An even newer view. jump.gif
