Turned up a trip to Chernivtsi, and decided to use it for fishing.
01.06 stopped near Khotyn, found some hollow
picture: IMG_3790_1.jpg
picture: IMG_3791_1.jpg

In the afternoon, a colleague caught two belarguses and nothing more interesting. At night, the year seems to be good, among the butterflies you can distinguish-a lot of triquetra, gluteosa, one umbratica flew in, a lot of bajularia. My colleague is happy with the beetles - a lot of small carabids, plastini, a couple of trox. After 12, it started raining heavily with wind and broke everything. In the morning, if the locals hadn't suggested it , I don't know when they would have left, the mud is so sticky that it completely clogged the wheels. Having left on the track, as I did not clean the wheels from dirt-it did not help,at a speed of about 60 the car started jumping like a horse, I had to go slowly to the car wash.
Since the forecast promised rain for the next two days,we decided to make a throw first near Voznesensk on the rocks, and then in the sands.

02.06 located near Trikraty
IMG_3793_1_1.jpg

In the afternoon, a colleague picked up khrushchikov, three types of pyrgus(not mallow), but all already well-flown.
At night, the year seems to be good, but there is little interesting-in the evening a couple of glassworms flew into the light, then there were D. oo(very fresh), tanaceti, D. ulula, among the moth you can note R. vibicaria, Ph. vetulata, C. riguata that's actually all, the rest is normal. A colleague is also not very happy with the set of beetles.
Then we went to Pisky, but before reaching 30 kilometers, the circumstances turned out so that we had to urgently return to Kiev. On the way, we stopped for 15 minutes near the forest to rest, and then our eyes stick together(2500km in three days almost without sleeping for my growth is probably too heavy), and
a colleague found another deer, a large bronzer, which is without a picture (I forgot the name) and a couple of barbels.

Here is almost everything that I spread out after the trip

Here a colleague identified trox
Trox hispidus-one
Trox cadaverinus-a pair, like a rarity

On business, I went to the Vitebsk region, tried to catch a little. Solid suburban banals-limenitis in the mass, went perelivnitsy, a bunch of ordinary mother-of-pearl, checkers and pigeons. I didn't see anything unusual or rare from butterflies, but I ate strawberries - there are already red glades in the open. I picked up some beetles - obviously some ordinary ones. Both zlatki on a freshly cut pine tree. I didn't catch them at night, and at dusk there are a lot of males of the crimson cocoonworm. Storks in the fields go in droves, right behind the combine harvesters, they are not afraid of anything. Gasoline is cheaper than in the Russian Federation, no queues. In stores, everything is available and by Russian standards very cheap.

Good night, everyone!
May the admin forgive me for offtop - I can't wait for an answer on another branch.
Maybe someone knows where you can go in the Crimea at the end of July to look for hawk moth caterpillars and catch them in the light?
And yet-maybe someone rented a cheap house in the Crimea, so that there you can temporarily settle down and catch the light.Tell me where it is better to go to the Crimea, if such a situation with fishing is possible.
In order not to load the topic with answers to my question, write to me in the personal account.
Thank you in advance!

Liparus, I don't understand, is this stuff from window traps? What is the deeper meaning of such a large number of killed Aurat, dubiy, etc.? Do you study statistics, variability, or catch them on order? I'm interested...

In the city, just a few meters from the main road. Nothing special, near the private sector and a clearing where acacia trees and all sorts of herbs grow. And they flew over an Apricot tree and just flew like that... In general, they should sit on some flowers. There was a swamp nearby, but there were no scolias or flowers.

I catch it to order and add it to my collection, and the rest will be useful for someone to exchange. Aurata generally not for collection, not for statistics, etc.

As for: "They are not collectible" - it seems that no one said confused.gifso (if someone collects, collects-it means that they are already collectibleumnik.gif). "Why do you need so much?" - this is not a court, it's just a healthy curiosity shuffle.gif. What if dozens and hundreds of specimens of ubiquitous and often found insects are collected for a reason? Maybe it's something worth doing, and we should do it too. smile.gif wink.gif
