This is biguttatus. From this group, with a broad specular stripe and rough punctuation, there may also be N. rufipes, which has dark thighs and an indistinct yellowish spot on the top of the elithra, but which, in my opinion, is most easily distinguished by the always light first segment of the whiskers (in biguttatus it is always dark), although there are other differences (in the form of prsp, etc.) .
