Vladimir, can I ask you to buy this atlas for me? shuffle.gif I'm a fan of mushroom atlases smile.gif

Oleg, I saw a book - Mushrooms-friends and enemies of man. I might be able to get it. Need it?
The name is intriguing. Year of publication approximately 50th

Yes, interesting. I will be grateful.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to find Tomares in cloudy weather, frown.gifeven if you know the point where they live up to meters away.

I just believed in Yandex with its "VARIABLE" cloud cover, which was not there at all. A naive child... But the CACTUS saw jump.gif

04.04.2010 9:45, Vorona

In conclusion - a mushroom theme (alas, I'm not very good at mushrooms yet):
[attachmentid()=85672]

Coprinus and sort of comatus. Only the old one is already autolyzed. And the young ones are even edible, but they write everywhere that you can't use alcohol with alcohol, they say, then you will get poisoned. So - wink.gif

The main thing that I managed to find new for myself is a CACTUS growing like a savage! jump.gif I looked on the Internet , and yes, it was acclimatized (brought from America), first it was in the Nikitsky Botanical Garden and planted in nature, it took root... At first I thought I was hallucinating, but it turned out not to be-just Opuntia humifusa... It's interesting to be "backward"... Constant discoveries for yourself!

I met wild cacti near Sudak back in 1985.

Excursion to Sandyk-Kaya rock in the vicinity of Feodosia.
Members: okoem, Kai-ya.
Weather: about +15, light wind, low clouds.
The target is the bagworm Dahlica karadagica (Zagulajev, 1993) and woodworm caterpillars, possibly Stygioides colchicus (Herrich-Schaffer, 1851).

I, Barry, Kharkovbut and Aleksandrs
Kharkiv region, pos.Mokhnach
was caught in two places. Two problems: clouds and wind, but the catch is good.

Barry, Kharkovbut have yet to post a photo.

I'll probably add a third problem - a lot of snakes. Truly, the Serpent justifies its name... On the slope, just behind the last houses, as soon as we started to climb (this is for no more than 100 meters), there were more than a dozen of them. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the slope is covered with a dense layer of caked grass and leaves, the ground is not visible. Some of them were lying on top, and somewhere only the eyes could be seen, and the viper itself was below under the grass. I don't know about the others, but I was frankly terrified, I had never seen so many of them before, literally every step was given to me with great tension... The slope was just sunny, which was probably what attracted them. But then, as we entered the forest, the tension eased somewhat, although there were still three of them...

Well, my traditional "photographic" problem - of course I can't keep up with the catchers. While I'm shooting one, Liparus manages to sketch about ten pieces in its "execution" jar... I took some pictures in the field, and took a little more with me for home shooting...

A bag-girl was crawling along the concrete wall of an abandoned ramshackle building. I just caught Prostemma there for a home shoot ?aeneicolle (I ran fast, I wouldn't have been able to remove it there anyway). And Liparys caught more than a dozen Lygaeus equestris for research on Lygaeus simulans.

Andrey, it is more convenient to collect not 10 pieces in series, but a pair or 2 pairs.
After all, any quality is reduced by quantity...Or are you just fishing in pairs?

09.04 2010. Zhytomyr region, Malinsky district, Lyubovichi village, near the Galove nature reserve. Forest with a predominance of birch. Caught on light from 20.00 to 23.30. Years average.
The first time I went fishing with a generator , so I took almost everything. We were particularly pleased with Endromis versicolora. In the end, the long-awaited female arrived.
I don't know much about species names yet. Everything in the photo.

On Wednesday (April 7) I went to Odessa to the Kuyalnytskyi estuary. The target was Dorcadion religiosum, which I failed to catch frown.gif
The places are beautiful, there were a lot of toffee, but frown.gifthe beetle Caught a little bit of pusillums, a couple of tauricums, Meloe uralensis, a couple of cute macrophages, in general, not a lot of everything and nothing particularly interesting.
Initially, I planned 3 days, but later, due to the weather and a small number of beetles, I lasted only 2..

But on the way back I met an oenotomologist!!!!! It was Grigory Demidov. A pleasant introduction. He invited me to visit, we chatted, looked at the collection. I liked the collection, especially some types of barbels, of course smile.gif
As a gift, I received a pair of pavonias and a very cute black body from the Kuyalnik, I will put it up for determination later smile.gif
Then we said our goodbyes and I drove home, happy.
Just like that, you never know where 2 passionate people will meet smile.gif

Good day to you, dear colleagues.
So I had some free time and decided to go out into the field to hunt. I went to the fields in the hills near the village of Balanesti to catch dorcadas, despite the change of weather three times a day, I still got something. Let them be banal, but still nice. The catch included Dorcadion fulvum, tauricum and pedestre, as well as Meloe proscarabeus, cicatricosus, dicoloratus and rugosus, as well as campestris and soluta type horses. Nanoch put the soil around the camp and caught carabus coriaceus and arvensis in general the trip was difficult but refuted

Today I, A. I. Slutsky (Aleksandrs) and my wife, E. Karolinsky (kharkovbut) went to Krasny Kut (north-west of Kharkiv region). Mixed forests on the sands, swamps...
Liparus couldn't keep us company, he had some urgent business to attend to in Lubotin... We were even driving through Lubotin, and I tried to call him several times , but all in vain, the answering machine answered...

Somehow it so happened that I practically did not take pictures, but I took a good amount with me - according to rough estimates, I will have to take pictures for three days... smile.gif

There are 5-7 types of silkworms.
Bitoma crenata (? there are no similar ones).
Something very similar to zhuzhelits (~10 mm), but very small, they don't run fast, I decided that they were probably black-bodied (under the bark of a birch tree, in crevices).
A pair of Rhagium inquisitor under the bark of a pine tree.
Small beetles (4-5 mm) on pine.
Weevils ? Coniocleonus hollbergii Leaf
beetle ? Chrysomela populi
In mushrooms on birch-type Orthocis linearis
Flat carapaces ~ 4 mm, as far as I understand, not Hololepta plana.

Well, a number of all sorts of small beetles incomprehensible to me families.

A full paragraph with bedbugs - a couple of Rhyparochromus pini, a few small ones like Anthocoridae, well, I came across a few dry Eurygaster sp.

14.04.10 using a business trip to Zhytomyr decided to catch a little. We stopped near Korostyshev, mixed forest, on the edge of a clearing(50°18 ' 55 "E029°07' 09”). Arrived around 15-00, during the day non-year-old flew-dawn, napi, ruby, males of versicolor and quite a lot of X. biriviata (none of them came to the world), a couple of spring girls.. In the afternoon, we looked at beetles in the clearing, I caught two water ones and some nutcracker, a colleague of another 4 species of nutcrackers, elephants, small carabids, black heifers, etc. and 2-and 7-point cows ,besides banal(according to Gerasimov) granulatus and hybrid. At 20-15, the lamps were turned on (2DRL+DRV) +13 at the end of 22-30+8. The year is by and large a bad one. Here is the result( a lot of only opima and sosnovaya, the rest up to 10ex)

2-A.flavicornis

3-A.parthenias(днем)
4-S.dentaria
